It’s one thing that things like this can happen, but failing to correct them afterward is completely... unacceptable. This renders all early-bird bookings worthless. Even after several phone calls, no solution could be found, and the person who booked later ended up winning out.
I’ll just mention in passing that the TV connection didn’t work and we had to get new satellite systems. Also, the loose toilet seat in family bathroom 1 wasn’t repaired until we checked out, even after we complained.
We’ve been coming to Göhren since 2011 and, at times, stayed twice a year—we were always loyal customers and satisfied. Now that we’re retired, we’d have even more time… what a shame!
