Subject: Feedback on our stay
Dear Sir or Madam,
We would like to thank you very much for the wonderful stay at your campsite. The location is... really excellent and we really enjoyed the wide range of events and children's activities on offer.
However, we would also like to mention a few negative points that we noticed. Unfortunately, wash house 2 was in very poor condition: very dirty and even moldy, defective fittings, damaged washbasins and loose toilet seats. It was particularly unpleasant that the water in the men's showers did not drain and stood up to the ankles (photo available). In addition, the water hardly got warm or remained cold even after a long time, and unfortunately there were no shelves for shampoo or shower utensils.
Furthermore, it was a shame that at the current prices there is no WiFi available on the pitch - in this day and age this would be a standard we would have expected.
We very much hope that these shortcomings can be rectified in the near future and look forward to being able to enjoy your pitch again in an improved condition during our next stay.
