Nico M.avgust 20264.0NMNico M.avgust 2026PozitivnoRight on the water, beautiful stretches of beach, close to Wismar and Schwerin, a great campground store with excellent bread rolls and delicious homemade ice cream, nice playgrounds, plenty of activities available on-site, a candle-making workshop, an indoor playground, rental swimwear, and homemade ice cream.NegativnoNo Wi-Fi, no water right at the siteA very nice, well-maintained campground 😊A very large and beautiful campground with a great lake, fantastic activities, and homemade ice creamSamodejno prevedeno.Še noben kamper ni označil te ocene kot koristno. Cornelia W.julij 20261.0Cornelia W.julij 2026PozitivnoThe campground is beautifully situated on Lake Schwerin.NegativnoPoor and dirty restroom facilities, inadequate dishwashing areas, and, in some cases, poor campsitesThe value for the price is terribleThe value for money at this 5-star campground is a disappointment.
The restroom facilities are a disaster. They’re dirty, overcrowded, and very run-down, as evidenced by stubborn buildup.
The dishwashing areas are located under an eave from which water drips heavily during rain from gutters that are... already clogged with debris. Here, too, there are far too few and far too small spaces; patience is required.
Premium campsites have large dips in the ground, so that the awning is flooded when it rains.
These days, you’d expect Wi-Fi to be available, but here, too, the campground owner decides what’s best for the user—no Wi-Fi.
We won’t be booking this campground again and will definitely not recommend it to others.Samodejno prevedeno.Še noben kamper ni označil te ocene kot koristno. Bodite prvi! - 3.0TWThomas W.julij 20263.0TWThomas W.julij 2026PozitivnoLake Schwerin 👍 Great restroom facilitiesNegativnoThe only downside, according to the campground map, is that there are 3 shower buildings listed, but only 2 are actually available. That’s not even the worst part—there are only 3 washing machines and 1 dryer, all located in Building 3, which is way too far away for the entire campground. 👎😠 Please post some INFO for guests on your website. 😡 There’s a restaurant on the campground that doesn’t open until 5 p.m.—there isn’t even coffee and cake available at coffee time. 🥱😠 The shop has hardly any selection, and the staff greet you unfriendly. For shopping, you have to go all the way to Schwerin [bus connection]—very disappointing. I can’t recommend this campground unless you bring enough supplies to last two weeks. If you want to rent a car, you have to book it at least two days in advance. As a vacationer, there’s nowhere to sit—not even on the beach or along the paths, let alone in front of the shower buildings. There are no trash cans along the paths. As a smoker, there isn’t even an ashtray or a cigarette vending machine. 😕🥱 Construction on the supposed two new shower buildings has likely been on hold since 2023 or 2024. 🫥 Please update the site map online and on-site, and don’t plan for future years based on information that’s already outdated. 🫥 There’s much more potential to be tapped into at this campground—there’s still room for improvement. So, my conclusion is 🌟 🌟 🌟OnceNice campground. The lake 👌👍 The showers and restrooms are great. 👌👍 The only downside, according to the campground map, is that there are supposed to be 3 shower buildings, but there are actually only 2—which isn’t even that bad—but there are only 3 washing machines and 1 dryer, all located in Building... 3. That’s way too far away, especially for the entire campground. 👎😠 Please post this information for guests on your website. 😡 There’s a restaurant on the campground that doesn’t open until 5 p.m.—there isn’t even coffee and cake available at coffee time. 🥱😠

A. K.julij 20265.0A. K.julij 2026PozitivnoPlenty of sites available, new restroom facilities under construction, a short drive to Schwerin, a swimming area reserved for campers onlyNegativnoOld washhouse, which could use a more frequent cleaning when the site is busy; otherwise, no complaints.Cozy spot, manageable size, close to SchwerinWe were able to make the reservation online by submitting a request. When we asked, we were also given our preferred spot. Check-in and check-out were easy thanks to license plate recognition. We really liked the shop with fresh bread rolls, the restaurant, and the proximity to Schwerin. There were plenty... of activities for kids. We had a front-row spot with a view and the lake right outside our door. Water and electricity hookups were scattered throughout the fields, so we had to get water from our neighbors next to the dining table. The new wash houses are still under construction. The old ones were fine in terms of capacity, but since it was so busy, an additional cleaning during the day would have been nice. Dishwashing stations are only available outside, but they’re covered. We were only here for a stopover, but we would have liked to stay longer.Samodejno prevedeno.1 kamper je to oceno označil kot koristno. - 5.0JHJürgen H.junij 20265.0JHJürgen H.junij 2026Overall impressionThe place is really nice.

- 4.0AMAndrea M.junij 20264.0AMAndrea M.junij 2026It's a nice place to spend a weekendWhen we arrived, we ran into a minor problem: the campsite wasn’t available at 12:00 p.m.
Spot 11 is considered a premium spot, so it should have a direct water connection. The spot itself needs to be leveled again so that the awning doesn’t have to sit in a small dip where water collects when it rains.... The lake view is very nice.
Unfortunately, the gray water and waste disposal station is at the other end of the campground.
We liked the little store and the fact that there was a restaurant on the grounds.

- 4.0SYStephanie Y.maj 20264.0SYStephanie Y.maj 2026Beautiful location with deductions for the washing and sanitary facilitiesI came with a baby and the baby changing facilities were not accessible. I asked on arrival specifically for proximity to the toilet block. For the price of the room I would have expected access as a minimum. When trying to change my little one on the bench in the shower room, she got her foot between... the timbers and could easily have hurt herself. As I couldn't swaddle her well, I had to shower with her. The floor in the shower rooms didn't look clean, so I kept her in my arms.
The facility is nice in terms of location, but there are a lot of construction sites. The floor at the washing up facilities is difficult to push for baby carriages. The worktop at the sinks is slowly disintegrating.Samodejno prevedeno.Še noben kamper ni označil te ocene kot koristno.
