The parking space directly on the way to the wash house was simply too expensive and we confirmed pitch 171.
confirmed. When we asked if we could get another pitch, we were told that the pitch was fully booked, which was not true at all, as we saw for ourselves. But the price of the other pitches was also totally overpriced

Top campsite
We received a friendly welcome and were allocated a great pitch. The lawn was freshly mowed on the entire site and the sanitary facilities were clean at all times of the day. We will definitely come here again.

Everything perfect
We really enjoyed our stay at the well-maintained campsite. The best thing was the very good quality and the very friendly staff in the Oberförster restaurant.

It is out of the question for us again
We were rebooked onto a smaller pitch that was very close to us because we needed sanitary facilities and the small house was not yet in operation on the large pitches. The price was still the same. If I had paid more attention, I would not have allowed the rebooking. It's really cheeky to charge the... same expensive price for a much smaller pitch. They don't really pay attention to the seats. Everyone stands where and how they want and it's similar with the connections. Luckily we had a long cable with us, because the electricity was also used by others at our pitch. The water connections were also only put into operation shortly before the end of our stay. It's stupid when they advertise that it's available at every pitch. So it is available but not usable. The pitch is supposed to have five stars. I have to say that we have been to many places that had significantly fewer stars but were much nicer and offered better service. From our point of view, the only nice thing on the site was the restaurant. It was nothing for us and I will advise my camper friends not to go there.

Recommendable
Beautifully situated, modern and well-maintained sanitary facilities, excellent catering. We would like to see a license plate recognition at the barrier. There are no wall boxes for electric or hybrid vehicles.

No water waste water at the place although comfort pitch, sanitary facilities are uncomfortable, the new ones are an eternal construction site and are not nice to look at, washing up is done outside which is an imposition in wind and weather, unfriendly staff
We were disappointed and will not be back
We expected much more from the course. I still wonder where the many awards come from. ok. The location is good, the pitches are large. But that's it. 5 stars? haha. I've experienced other campsites that were better and more lovingly designed and had fewer stars. As always, we had a comfort pitch, but... for the first time no water or waste water on the pitch. Supposedly 75% of the pitches have a connection. I estimated more like 25%. The sanitary facilities are uncomfortable, the new ones are an eternal construction site and not nice to look at. Washing up is done outside, which is an imposition in wind and weather. As everywhere else, you pay extra for your dog. Except that nothing is offered here. No dog shower, no poop bags, few garbage cans and the dog bathing area in the far corner of the site at the boat slipway. And the supposedly hard-working staff were mostly unfriendly. There was also no regular entertainment for the kids, even though we were there during the Easter vacations. The swings were missing from the playground opposite our pitch. sad. It all read differently in the description.
All in all, we were disappointed, won't be back and won't be recommending it.

Nature camping directly on Lake Schwerin
Quiet natural campsite with a beautiful view of the lake. Very soft ground when it rains, otherwise a perfect pitch with direct electricity and water connection (we had water from the sanitary building and turned off at the pitch due to night frost). The sanitary building was modern and always clean. We were also allowed to arrive late on the day of arrival. Dogs were always on a leash. Very quiet due to the winter season. No WLAN!

Tinyhouse loading
All the staff are very helpful and friendly. They are also open to a little joke. And without your help in loading our Tinyhouse, it would not have worked. Many thanks again to all the helpers. We think the campsite's ecological approach is very good and it's amazing what you have already achieved there... and are still trying to do. There is everything you need here. From a small organic store to fitness, wellness, candle pouring, beautiful nature, peace, relaxation etc. A more detailed assessment will follow later when we, as permanent campers, have gained a more accurate picture of everything. But from us now already a super recommendation😉. LG Ricarda

We really liked our pitch in the motorhome harbor, we had a view of the lake and enjoyed it very much.

The many potholes on the access roads, which are not only challenging for the vehicles, but also for us as pedestrians (my mother walks with a rollator and cane). The lighting on the way to the sanitary block was also not quite adequate and we were out and about with a flashlight. But these are small things!
Our wild and wonderful fall vacation
I was traveling with my 86-year-old mother and we had a few lovely days under the birch trees by the lake. Despite the stormy weather, we were mobile and out and about - thanks to the great rental car from Ferienpark Seehof - and we visited Schwerin in Wismar. The campsite was as good as asleep in the... fall, but we still felt well looked after and not lonely or alone. The sanitary facilities are well maintained and we felt comfortable at all times. Thanks to the friendly staff who gave us great support, advice and assistance and the car rental service.

According to the operator, 2 new sanitary buildings should be built and go into operation in 2025. Unfortunately that won't happen this year, I'm not a construction professional but I don't know if it will happen by the end of 2026.
The sanitary area currently looks like a vacation camp, the toilet seats and washbasins are far too low, more for children

We felt comfortable
Very nice reception and good value for money. Would be nice if there was also a possibility to sit on the tent meadow. It bothered us that there was a camper on the meadow, although there were plenty of other free spaces. The food in the restaurant was delicious.
