Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The campground itself is beautifully landscaped and exceptionally well-maintained. The restrooms are always clean and tidy. The campsites are partly grass and partly... white gravel. Perfect for camping since it’s dry and clean. You can swim in the lake if you want to cool off. The campground is perfect for dog owners.
There are plenty of places right next to the campground to walk your dog and let it run free. And the surrounding area offers perfect destinations for day trips—or, for those who’re interested, the Red Bull Ring right in town. All shopping options are available in town. (Not huge) - Rules regarding quiet hours; - A sloped embankment separating the lake spots - The white pebbles, because otherwise the grass “suffers” too much and you might end up wading through mud. A grassy area is still available, though. - Plenty of different spots to choose from (by the lake; in the sun; in the shade; cozy under the trees;NegativnoSometimes the noise from the training sessions at the nearby Red Bull Autoring can be annoying, but it never lasts all day. The staff is super friendly, the restrooms are immaculately maintained, and overall, it’s pleasantly quiet. It’s practically perfect for unwinding. For us as MotoGP... fans, the proximity to the Red Bull Ring is, of course, the highlight. But even without the Ring, a vacation here is well worth it.
