Peace and quiet, pleasant fellow campers, a small pond that’s perfect for swimming in the height of summer. Strolling along the Mur River, hiking in the nearby mountains, and biking in the surrounding area. What more could you ask for? We were parked on an extremely large site, separated from the neighboring spot only by a small shrub. A great view to the west of the paddock and the adjacent forest, a small pond that invites you to swim in midsummer, and a well-maintained lakeside area where we went... sunbathing put us in vacation mode from day one. The restrooms are modern and very clean.
If you’re into sports, the hiking trails through the Mur floodplains are wonderful for running. There are bike tours for every skill level in the immediate vicinity. And in 30 to 45 minutes by car, you’re at the starting point for many mountain hikes.
