Beautiful scenery Close to the Elberadweg and the historic town Clean

Impractical check in by automat Crowded Expensive

The location to the sights around Königstein. One kilometer to the train stop. The train can be used free of charge within a certain radius with the guest card. Located directly on the Elbe cycle path. Friendly staff. Bread roll service. Ideal for campers with a tent.

We were disappointed with our pitch. Although we had booked a premium pitch plus, we found it quite small. We are used to something different. The view of the Elbe was largely obstructed by our own cars parked opposite the pitches. If I book the front row, I want to have a clear view of the river. The digital check-in at the machine with poor support from an employee on site. No playground for children on the pitch. I saw a mediocre table tennis table in the immediate vicinity of the garbage containers. The sanitary facilities are modern, but are only cleaned once a day. That's not enough at the back and front. Clean is different. Absolute tourist site with frequently changing campers. Very restless as a result. The absolute hammer is the busy railroad track, even at night, in the immediate vicinity. I wouldn't have wanted to stand in the top two rows. It felt like the train was driving through the awning. I think it's a rip-off to charge €0.80 for one kWh of electricity.

location at the river

The railway is just beside the camping place therefore it was not easy to sleep. The huts are small and the sanitary facilities are not clean. We could not check-in when we arrived because the check-in is automated however instructions were not clear and complete so we spontaneously had to find another place to sleep in the evening. We still had to pay. Additionally the staff is very unfriendly and we felt not welcome.

Location on the Elbe, Quick access to the train station and bus Many hiking possibilities

Vacation was too short

- Fantastic landscape - CP well equipped - Self check in easy

- Train tracks twenty-five meters away and thunderous noise every thirty minutes, even at night - I don't know if the staff are friendly. There was none!

Beautiful central location on the Elbe and the Elbe Sandstone. Good starting point for all kinds of activities.

It's in the commentary!

We got a place even though the booking platform said otherwise. The beautiful area

The price

Close to all excursion destinations.

Noisy due to rail traffic. Max. 4 hours quiet at night. Drinking water over 1 liter must be paid extra. Much too small pitches for caravans. Poor description on site.

The excellent location directly on the banks of the Elbe. The friendly welcome from groundsman "Ronny" and the family atmosphere on the site

There are none for us. Unfortunately, there are always people who grumble, but they would also grumble about a flight to the moon.

The sanitary facilities are fine. Cheap overnight stay

Staff are not exactly friendly. The parking space for the motorhome is very small.

Good location

Small pitches

The site is ideal for families. The leisure park, playground and Elbe river are close by. It never gets boring and is still quiet.

Lunch was to be served at the leisure park.

Top location directly on the banks of the Elbe, good public transport, can be used with a guest card, friendly groundsman at the entrance,

High electricity price, 70 cents/kwh, actual electricity consumption not comprehensible for the camper, 2 euros per day run through then automatic switch-off.

Excursions and leisure activities

Pitches very close together. Railroad line immediately

Location

... Railroad line (busy train traffic - but bearable) ... Relatively small (short) pitches - but there are also longer ones, clarify beforehand.

A beautiful location, beautiful nature and a great Elbe cycle path. The campsite itself is fully in order (cleanliness and order, technical equipment, etc.).

- the premium pitches for motorhomes are far too small - due to the loud unbearable noise of the 24 hour train traffic train traffic you can't relax and that's the whole the point of the vacation - Unfriendliness and no acceptance of criticism from the boss, Mr. Dürr. Only he is right and not the others. This is not acceptable.

Everything was very clean and well-maintained as well as the connections of all kinds.

Nothing detected

View of the Elbe and Königstein Fortress. Sanitary facilities are clean and large.

The railroad line passes right behind the campsite (did not bother me personally) Unfortunately no restaurant/pub

Small, simple, friendly and well located.

Nothing really.
