Příjemný personál. Podávání chlebíčků. Ideální pro táborníky se stanem.NegativaZ našeho hřiště jsme byli zklamaní. Přestože jsme si rezervovali prémiové místo plus, připadalo nám docela malé. Jsme zvyklí na něco jiného. Výhled na Labe nám z velké části zakrývala naše vlastní auta zaparkovaná naproti stání. Pokud si rezervuji první řadu, chci mít na řeku jasný výhled. Digitální odbavení u automatu s mizernou podporou zaměstnance na místě. Žádné hřiště pro děti na hřišti. V bezprostřední blízkosti odpadkových košů jsem viděl průměrný stůl na stolní tenis. Sociální zařízení je moderní, ale uklízí se pouze jednou denně. To je vzadu i vpředu málo. Čistota je jiná. Absolutně turistický kemp s často se střídajícími kempaři. V důsledku toho velmi neklidné. Naprosto nejhorší je rušná železniční trať, a to i v noci, v bezprostřední blízkosti. Nechtěl bych stát v horních dvou řadách. Měl jsem pocit, že vlak projíždí skrz markýzu. Za zlodějinu považuji účtování 0,80 € za 1 kWh elektřiny.Skvělá polohaKemp jsem si rezervoval na konci ledna a potvrzení rezervace jsem obdržel e-mailem v dostatečném předstihu. Překvapilo mě, že jsem musel zaplatit plnou cenu ihned po rezervaci.
Kemp žije ze své polohy, přímo u Labe a Labské cyklostezky, která vede kolem. Chtěli jsme si prohlédnout památky v okolí Königsteinu... a města Drážďany. Pevnost, Bastei, Lilienstein a krásné výlety v Labských pískovcích. Kemp je pro to ideální. Nedaleká železnice je požehnáním i prokletím zároveň.

The train was the thing for our grandson.

The main thing is that the money is in the "bag", there is no other explanation for this rip-off.
We paid for a tent and a car for two days for nothing.
In the store you get daily complaints about non-functioning washing machines etc. when buying bread rolls (€0.80), which debit money from the card and the person is then sent away because of incorrect operation.
The crowning glory is the one or two "helpers" present at the reception machine. They then help you (often under the influence of alcohol from late afternoon onwards) how to use the machine or how to get rid of even more money. All in all, not a recommendation and next time we will stay at the neighboring campsite. Unfortunately, operating errors of the washing machines is their problem, we have meaningful descriptions in all languages deposited and large on the wall and still point out to the guests to observe... the order in the operation (it's not safer soon), you can not really do anything wrong unless you simply do not want to pay the machine because we had to experience this from time to time, we do not let us do it anymore.

So we approached... in person, evoila, got a pitch. The sanitary facilities are quite OK, always clean during our stay. You get fresh bread rolls in the morning even without ordering. If you need gas, you can exchange bottles here. The surrounding area and the small village can keep you entertained. In terms of price, at almost 37 euros per night and electricity (billed according to consumption) for the average offer already in the luxury price segment. When you ask about the high electricity costs, you get the answer "that's just the way it is and you will have already used it up" Disposal is still... free of charge. Fresh water is also chargeable. Given that almost everything costs extra, the pitch is relatively expensive.
The wonderful location makes up for this. A little more friendliness from the operator of the market would also be very nice. The showers were sometimes blocked and overflowed (ladies) when all 4 showers were in use.
All in all, however, it is a nice place and well suited for a short stay. The campsite is very nice in principle. What we didn't like so much was the long way to the sanitary building (depending on the location of the pitch).... Also, the pitches themselves could be a bit bigger, we felt it was too crowded.
The sanitary facilities were adequate and always clean.
Electricity, showers and water for the motorhome have to be paid for separately.
What you should know is that a very busy railroad line runs directly behind the campsite. For example, I had registered a larger group and 2 of them could not participate for medical and understandable reasons... there was no understanding from the CP and so 2x50€ deposit was lost although the reserved pitches were occupied elsewhere...

As already written in the advantages, we had no problems with the place itself and the beautiful location of the campsite. Nevertheless, we had to leave a day earlier, although we ultimately had to pay for 5 days, even though we... had important reasons. There was no goodwill from the boss, despite the complaints we had. We find this completely out of order.
The description says that the premium pitches for motorhomes have a size of 80 to 100 m2. Our pitch 124 only had a usable area of 55 m2. Our awning was already on the neighbor's pitch. This pitch was far too small.
Our main reason for leaving early was the constant unbearable noise of the 24-hour loud train traffic directly approx. 30 m from our pitch.
We couldn't sleep for 4 nights, which was also the case with other vacationers. We wanted a vacation where we could relax, but the opposite was the case here.
It is already clear to us that the manager of the campsite has a completely different opinion of our comments. In the reviews that are published here, he criticizes the holidaymakers in his respective answers, who dare to say something negative.
We only live 40 km away from the campsite, but we will definitely not come back here.

Furthermore, although I was in reception every day, they didn't even approach me with their problems. It was only on the day of departure that they realized how bad everything... was, but they live almost around the corner, so they should have known that there is a train in every valley.
Besides, they wanted to move to pitch 124, it was their wish... they could have just asked me or my colleague that they would like to move, we would certainly have found something else.
Of course, I am happy to comment on the relevant reviews, but thank God the positive and reasonable ones far outweigh the negative ones.
If I had responded to your request, we wouldn't be having this unnecessary discussion and sorry, that sounds like blackmail to me and I'll never agree to it, then write such nonsense if it makes you happy.
