Disadvantage of only being able to use the extras via slot bookings.

Apart from the luxury private washrooms, there are about 16-20 men's and 20 women's toilets for every 250 spaces! This may mean queuing in the morning. Very nice location made with love, extremely friendly staff. Very clean washing and hygiene facilities. Beautiful sauna area. The Caravan Sexten blends into this beautiful landscape, which is unique!
I'm already looking forward to the next time!Samodejno prevedeno. - Julie T.avgust 2025Clean and tidy, but over promised if you have kidsThe campsite was nice and, for the most part, well maintained but I felt that it was promised a lot more than it delivered. I assumed the 'outdoor' pool area would be free to use but it was part of the swimming pool complex and it was small.
The climbing area was tiny and seemed to offer no professional... instruction for children to learn. The kids club (Animation) was extremely underwhelming and as a result very seldom busy.
That said, if you don't have kids it's great for walks, cycling and mountain biking. And the campsite is beautifully positioned in a stunning area.
Restaurants and onsite shop are all good - Silvia D.avgust 2025Great experience for my first campMy first experience at the campground was very positive, all the staff, from the reception to the convenience store to the restaurants, kind and helpful. One a thing on which I have to give a less positive judgment is the spa,not for the really particular and beautiful structure but for the great confusion... especially for the presence of so many children.The spa should be a place to relax after a long day of trekking, but so it was not. Children's playground could be improved for a 5 star site. Too many dogs on the pitch. Staff are very friendly. Too bad there is no heated outdoor pool without entrance fees. The entrance fees for the existing indoor/outdoor pool on the site are too expensive.Samodejno prevedeno.

Ristorante e pizzeria Top. - Mariarita C.julij 2025Soggiorno in uno dei migliori camping europeiLa cortesia verso il cliente si può dimostrare anche attraverso la competenza e la cortesia con la quale siamo stati accolti; siamo camperisti e abbiamo soggiornato in una piazzola camper, ampia e pulita, come tutte; accanto alla nostra piazzola scorreva il ruscello che la impreziosiva maggiormente;... il paesaggio naturale che ospita la Vostra struttura è meraviglioso e potente, resta nel cuore dei visitatori. Siamo stati vostri ospiti per tre giorni e abbiamo cenato presso la deliziosa taverna due volte: cortesia, ospitalità e cibi tipici e davvero buoni sono stati il fiore all'occhiello del nostro soggiorno, e di questo vi ringraziamo: Torneremo sicuramente e grazie ancora

It is characterized first and foremost by its incredible location below the Dolomites. Surrounded by forests, rivers and nature, it is perfect for hiking, biking or just relaxing.
The sanitary facilities are second to none.... Well maintained, clean and everything is designed in stone and marble, simply beautiful.
The store on site offers everything your heart desires, including food, gifts and the outdoor store downstairs. And....the apple strudel with pine nuts....I tell you. There are two great restaurants in the square, both excellent. One of them serves upscale cuisine, the other serves good home-style food.
If you book a WM or WW pitch, please don't forget to bring strong pegs, the ground is very hard.

- Sylvia K.julij 2025PozitivnoLarge pitches, clean wash houses, spa, surroundings, restaurantsBest place everWe have been here several times and will continue to spend a few days here from time to time. The Caravan Park Sexten is absolutely exceptional. Everything is wonderful, clean, well-kept, there are always new ideas about what else to do for the guests, the high quality of the two restaurants is exceptional... for a campsite and stands up to any fine dining. The spa department is a dream. Where else can you find so many stylish saunas? There is also plenty for children in the pool, on the campsite and in the surrounding area. The stream alone is an adventure playground, and not just for children ;). We are actually "tourers", but we like to stay at this campsite for several nights, preferably with an incredibly great rental pool.
This time we booked "Chef's Table". The garden cottage is really delightful, the service attentive and unobtrusive. The 18 (!) courses were each a highlight in terms of taste and quality. But despite the small portions, it was also a lot. In the end, our taste buds were a little overwhelmed. Why not offer a choice of two menus with nine courses each? We would have been full and wouldn't have had to "fight" at the end. But as I said, the menu was of star chef standard! As wine lovers, we were also impressed by the wine list. There is something for every taste, all very good wines.
