The only thing that was unfortunately bothersome was the large number of wasps. Especially with small children, you’re constantly on guard to make sure they don’t get stung. So, unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to... eat in front of the camper. Otherwise, the campground has everything you could want. Just a quick note to add: Site 129 wasn’t the best spot for us, since it’s right by the entrance to the restrooms. This means other guests can constantly see into your site. The restrooms were often occupied, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Campgrounds that seemed simpler on paper impressed us much more in this regard. On top of that, our reservation for the Happacher Stuben on September 18 was canceled... by your staff because a large group was coming. That makes one feel unappreciated. Overall, one doesn’t get the impression that the staff has been trained to have a service-oriented mindset. We had similar experiences both at the front desk and at the bar of the Patezenfeld restaurant. I also shared my impressions mentioned above during checkout. We wanted to leave a day early due to the poor conditions, but they wouldn't let us as a gesture of goodwill. We would have had to pay the full amount. It’s all style over substance and, unfortunately, just a money-making scheme. It has nothing to do with a 5-star campground. We didn’t feel comfortable there and won’t be coming back. Da der Besuch des Bades am Abreisetag auch nicht mehr möglich ist, waren nur 6 Besuche möglich, berechnet wurden allerdings alle 7 gebuchten Eintritte. Diese Erfahrung ist für uns nicht zufriedenstellend....
Mit dem uns zugewiesenem Stellplatz waren wir auch nicht ganz zufrieden, da wir unsere Markise nicht richtig abspannen konnten. Aufgrund der Größe unseres Wohnmobils hatten wir auch keine Möglichkeit uns anders hinzustellen.

Das Hallenbad haben wir nicht genutzt, aber der Eindruck beim Durchqueren war absolut klasse. Nicht nur ein kleines Becken, ein richtig schönes Hallenbad.
Wir waren begeistert vom Platz und kommen sicher... wieder. Der Preis ist für diese Ausstattung jedenfalls für uns angemessen.
Das einzig negative war, dass wir bereits bei der Anreise verlängern wollten, der Bearbeiter uns aber sagte, das wäre kein Problem, wir sollen am nächsten Tag wieder kommen. Als wir das gleich am nächsten Morgen machen wollten, bekamen wir nur die Aussage, jetzt sei alles ausgebucht, leider wäre das nicht mehr möglich. Wir hätten auch angeboten, eine Nacht auf dem außerhalb liegenden Stellplatz zu warten, aber hier waren nur Wohnmobile erlaubt. Wir haben einen wirklich sehr kleinen Wohnwagen, mit den auf diesem Platz üblichen Wohnmobilen im Vergleich ein Zwerg, aber das wurde trotzdem kategorisch abgelehnt. Schade, ein bisschen haben wir uns als eine von vielen gefühlt. Vlt hatte das Personal nach einer langen Saison einfach keine Geduld mehr.
Das war aber das einzige, was uns gestört hat, ansonsten kann man diesen Platz nur empfehlen, wenn man auch als Camper einmal einen supertollen Wellnessbereich nutzen möchte.Žádní kempaři neoznačili toto hodnocení jako užitečné. The pool and the natural pond are a perfect alternative when it’s as hot as it was during our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t use the wellness area because of the extreme... heat. We’ll definitely be back. As soon as you arrive, you’re immediately escorted to your site and then proceed to check in.
