There's a great store, entry to the outdoor pool is free and you get the Konus card, which we've used to go on beautiful tours, even by bike. The night's rest is respected, the "night watchmen" stop by and are friendly. We have been coming here for 10 years and will continue to do so.Automaticky preložené.

The supermarket is really tiny. And only open a few hours a day. And the assortiment is not much.
There is a nice pool but other than that there is not much else to do.
No midget golf, no football field on the camping grounds, no bowling,no... pumptrack, no evening performances, no other activities. Maybe it is normal for germany but I wasn't justed to it.
But the staff was friendly and helpfull. The bathrooms were clean.
And there was even a free dishwasser. The website presents the pitches very differently than they really are. We had booked a +130m2 pitch (because we have two dogs) so we could put a fence around the caravan,... which we then paid for. What did we get, a pitch definitely smaller than what we wanted, little grass, but sandy ground, and even tight to still place our car. Result, every day dogs full of sand and other junk.
A reception, a store(s) where you can't even go all day, not to mention the bar which is only open from 4pm in the afternoon. And that for a proposed 5 star campsite ? Don't understand how they got an Award. The campsite is worthy of 3 stars at most. The only positive thing is the maintenance of the sanitary facilities.
To make matters worse, we were told (by some campers) that we had to muzzle our dogs, even though this is not mentioned anywhere in the campsite regulations. We ourselves were the only campers with a fence for our dogs. That was the straw to leave. The entertainment program could be reconsidered/revised. Perhaps not run the... big round with Bobo every day and adjust the pace, as the younger guests hardly like to run or have to run.

Obwohl viel los war, waren die Toiletten immer sauber. Ein Lob an die Reinigungskräfte. Wir sind ohne Kinder angereist, aber für die Kinder war immer Programm da, auch dafür ein Lob an die Animateure. Die Damenduschen liefen nicht lange und die Temperatur hätte wärmer sein können aber das ist bei jedem anders. Das Sommerfest und die Teilzeitfrau war spitze.

Ganz besonders schätzen wir das tolle Angebot der Kinderanimation. Wir haben uns bei dem Animationsteam schon persönlich bedankt...an dieser Stelle aber nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön. Ihr seit top!!!

Ook de gratis afwasmachines waren een welkome afwisseling en nieuw voor ons.
De omgeving is prachtig en met de KONUS-kaart... die je krijgt met inchecken kun je door het hele zwarte woud rijzen met het openbaar vervoer.top dus!
ook het animatie team doet echt hun best om de kinderen te vermaken met leuke spelletjes.
