The staff are very friendly and courteous, whether at reception, the groundsmen, the children's entertainment team or the cleaning staff. The sanitary facilities are very attractive, quite new and very... clean. Not forgetting the Mr. Fröhlich restaurant on the campsite and the supermarket. We always had very nice encounters here too. The sanitary building was commendably modern and the layout of the rooms was well thought out and everything was very well maintained.
We also liked the nice restaurant at the campsite. The price-performance ratio was very good.
And everything was so nicely decorated.

Very clean, spacious, warm shower rooms. In short: top sanitary facilities. Supermarket was not open. This was not a problem as the town center is only a few minutes' walk away. About 15 minutes to the train station. We will definitely be back. Staff very friendly and helpful,
They put a plastic pallet in front of the camper door (meadow was very soft) and sawed off a branch (for SAT reception).
The restaurant was also very... good, service very friendly, food very tasty,
Very good value for money, I can only recommend it.
I would book the campsite again at any time.

The location of our pitch, which we had chosen accordingly, was simply superb. Right next to the new and modern sanitary building. Unfortunately, here is a small criticism. I think it could be due to the weather (pressure conditions), it often smelled... of drainage and urine. We were not the only ones to notice this. But that's complaining on a high level. Unfortunately, when we booked online, we had chosen a pitch that felt the furthest away from the only open sanitary building (there are 4). But with two overnight stays, that wasn't really a problem. Mr. Fröhlich's... restaurant was particularly impressive. Very friendly staff and the best cordon bleu we've ever eaten! The various awards the place has won are absolutely justified. Friends had rented a vacation apartment that weekend and were just as impressed. When my husband died, I sold the caravan but contacted Kirchzarten again. They told me that there was also a vacation apartment. Great sanitary facilities, bread roll service and friendly reception.
The site is very centrally located for numerous cycle tours, e.g. Freiburg (10 km).
With the guest card you can use public transport free of charge.
In summer, the adjacent outdoor pool can be used.
