Although the pitches are right next to the A7 motorway (which makes them easy to get to), you feel totally at home here. (No noise pollution) The pitches are planted with beautiful trees which provide plenty of shade on sunny days. The men's and... women's wash houses are heated and invite you to take a long shower. Electricity and water included. The highlight for us is that Ikea is within walking distance. (Extensive breakfast and dinner at affordable prices) Bread roll service is also available at the campsite. The connection to the city of Hamburg works smoothly by bus and subway. With the Hamburg Cart also inexpensive for 1 or more days incl. ferries at the harbor. For us, the campsite is an insider tip when we want to explore Hamburg.Перевод автоматический.

The Knaus Campingpark Hamburg left a very good impression overall. The site is clean and well-kept, which immediately conveys a feeling of well-being. The spacious pitches are a particularly positive feature - you really have enough space here and don't feel... cramped.
The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout. The contact was pleasant, which had an additional positive influence on the stay.
One small point of criticism concerns the sanitary facilities: unfortunately, the showers lack a shelf for shower gel and shampoo, which makes showering a little impractical. A hook for jackets or bags in the toilet cubicles would also be desirable.
Late check-in via the machine did not work smoothly for me. However, it was positive that an emergency number was provided for such cases, where I could quickly reach someone - the problem was solved immediately and in a friendly manner.
Overall, a very nice campsite with a little room for improvement. The team is very friendly and helpful, we were given all the necessary documents and information and our pitch was perfect.... We are not used to pitches this big.
The sanitary facilities were cleaned regularly and are very modern.
We found the dishwasher (free of charge) ideal, as it takes a lot of work off our hands and certainly helps to save water.
