We had pitch no. 1 and 2, sat on a platter, unkempt pitch, does not correspond to a 4-star pitch, outdated washing facilitiesDisappointmentWe had booked two pitches for motorhomes with you at the time, assuming we would get a nice pitch.
Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found that we had been allocated pitches 1 and 2 - directly on the presentation plate and right next to the gray water outlet, so there wasn't a single tree nearby. In... comparison, your other pitches were in much better condition and in a more pleasant location.
When we complained about this at reception, we were unfortunately turned away in a very unfriendly manner, which we found regrettable.
We also expect a 4-star campsite to have well-kept grounds, beautifully laid out pitches, modern washing facilities, a functioning WLAN and a good infrastructure. The table tennis table, which was carelessly placed between the wash houses, looks more like a makeshift solution and does not meet the expectations of a high-quality campsite.
I will describe my experiences accordingly on the review portal.

- Helga G.juuni 2025Couldn't be better for usA beautiful place. There is nothing to complain about. Everything is very clean and lovingly designed. Direct bus connection 500 m from the square directly in front of Ikea. Take the bus to the Niendorf Nord terminus and from there take the U2 to Jungfernstieg and from there the U4 to the Elphi. You... should definitely visit the brand new Westfieldcenter. I really liked the Gustav Klimt exhibition and the Udo Lindenberg exhibition on the Reeperbahn. You learn all about Udo's life.
The parks are very beautiful. You can visit the planetarium there. There is also a garden called Plantsen und bloomen which you should also visit if you are a garden lover.
I can only say that Hamburg is worth a visit.
