- Claudia G.Mai 2026Beautiful campsiteThe campsite makes a good impression. We were there in the low season and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant on the site is modern and newly renovated and also offers take-away meals.
The small corner store has something of everything and fresh bread rolls in the morning.
In good weather there... is a beer stand open where you can get freshly tapped beer. There is also something on offer for the children, but we can't comment on this as we are traveling without them.
Diving and surfing are also on offer.

It's not a five-star site, but everything you need to have a good time is there. The sanitary facilities are spacious, clean and a pleasant size. The campsite is clean with spacious pitches.
The... welcome was friendly and we felt very welcome.
We can only recommend the Südstrand campsite and will definitely be back next time.

The very large pitch, where there was plenty of space and peace and quiet, was particularly positive. The toilets and showers were always clean and well maintained. The whole site looked tidy, quiet and clean,... so you immediately felt at home. We also liked the restaurant - cozy atmosphere and delicious food.
A small negative point was the store, as the selection there was quite limited. We also found the beach area quite dirty in places.

We were there without children and only with our dogs. Now that we have children, we go there again with our youngest children.
The site is clean and well-kept. The pitches are all large, with electricity and water connections. Each pitch has a drain for gray... water. Electricity is charged at a flat rate and not per KW/h. The sanitary facilities are always clean. You can shower for as long as you like, without tokens or anything else.
We also like the fact that it's not so stuffy here. The operator and all the staff are friendly and find a solution for everything. We were able to choose a pitch even without booking in advance. Nice and quiet and cozy. Well-kept, clean sanitary facilities. Because it was so nice, we extended our stay by 2 nights, which was no problem... at all.
Small restaurant and shopping facilities right on the pitch. Price performance absolutely ok. Electricity, water showers, toilets all included. Motorhome disposal practical and easy.
