Limiting shower time to 90 seconds—or having to wait 30 seconds before continuing—was torture for women with long hair who were washing... their hair, especially when you had shampoo in your eyes.
There were specific instructions on exactly which way to position your vehicle on the site.
The front desk was closed for two hours at noon, despite it being peak season, so even with a reservation, you could end up killing time in front of the gate.
The woman at the front desk wasn’t very helpful; in fact, she was quite brusque.
The site has no hedge; it’s quite basic and small.
The direct access to the beach is a plus, though the beach itself was very narrow and full of seaweed (a bit further on, at the other campground, it had apparently been cleared).

The sturdy awning made a rainy day much more pleasant. It was a whole new experience compared to staying in a (spacious) tent.
Our only request regarding the kitchen amenities would be a larger frying pan. The one provided... had a small diameter and a fairly low rim. Luckily, we had brought our own. It was surprisingly nice that everything else really “clicked” and we didn’t lack for anything.
The highlights every year are the surfing and introductory scuba diving right on-site and… the kids’ program. Refreshingly normal and authentic… crafts meet the little ones. Absolutely great! Whether it’s woodturning or tie-dyeing their own clothes… it’s always a treat!

The beach and the Baltic Sea are, of course, easily accessible via several paths. The bike path running right along the coast made it easy to set out on bike rides. There’s even the chance... to try out water sports!
The campground is clean, the restrooms are in good condition, and they’re cleaned regularly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. For example, they helped us out without any hassle when we wanted to extend our stay by one night. They found us an available spot that was convenient for us in terms of moving our RV.
The small shop selling fresh bread rolls and other snacks is a great asset. We liked the menu at the restaurant—and the food was delicious!

Partly because of the kids and the seemingly endless play areas, and partly because of the reasonable prices. The campground is top-notch—warm and welcoming, not sterile, and... authentic. You can still enjoy life here! Thanks for that! We find everything we need right on the campground. The little shop has everything you need—and no one needs more than that, whether you’re from the east, south, west, or north. Anyone who has something to complain about should check out the campsites in northern Brandenburg... You’re greeted warmly right at check-in, and all the staff on the grounds are friendly and accommodating. There’s a restaurant and a small kiosk. The surf school and kitesurfing school round out the experience for all sports enthusiasts. I’m deducting two stars because... the hot water in the showers lasts only two minutes, and then you have to wait a minute. Also, the Wi-Fi is very slow in some areas. I’d like the option of faster Wi-Fi and hot water that lasts longer—I’d even be willing to pay extra for it. There are “lighthearted” activities for kids, such as crafts, bedtime stories, sports, a kids’ disco, etc., plus playgrounds, a soccer field, and more. There are also sports activities for adults, such as yoga. On Saturday evenings, the disco runs until about 10:30 p.m., so it... doesn’t go on “until the wee hours.” The entertainment team, as well as the rest of the staff, is very friendly, and the campground is generally clean. There’s both a surfing school and a diving school, where they also offer introductory diving sessions for kids. The one-star deduction is for the cleaning schedule of the restroom facilities.
