The restrooms were very clean, and the site had electricity, drinking water, and a gray water drain—though we didn’t use the latter. Great location, with the town center within walking distance. Plenty... of dining options with good food.
We really enjoyed our stay there. After Pentecost, many people left and we had plenty of space.

In addition, the surrounding streets are very noisy, so we would only recommend this site as a place to pass through.
The electricity flat rate... of €5 is also very high if you heat and cook with gas. For the newer caravans with air conditioning it is of course very cheap. After we unfortunately had to postpone our vacation in early summer due to illness, we were here for the first time in October.
It was a little quieter for the time of year and the place was emptier, but that's sometimes quite pleasant.
The staff were... all very friendly and the whole site was always clean.
If you're looking for all-round relaxation, you're in the wrong place here, but there are pitches right on the Ems, a nearby swimming pool and the center of Meppen, which is within walking distance.
