You can watch wild boars, alpacas, kangaroos, deer, tortoises and donkeys. Fallow deer run free in the forest. We were particularly taken with the four kangaroos, which we were able to observe and photograph as they played with the peanuts. There... are also many small animals, e.g. hares, a pair of rabbits, baby ducks, pheasants and various wild birds. For children there is a petting zoo, a spacious playground, pony petting etc. At 9 pm every day there is a large feeding round with a tour and detailed explanations. Catering is available on site. The only thing campers should bear in mind is that there is a dog area and dogs bark from time to time. But basically a quiet and beautiful place with lots of opportunities for children up to teenage age.
