Markus K.lipanj 2025Dobre straneWe had booked one of the large pitches for around 150 m². The pitches are all gravelled. The sanitary area is very well maintained and is cleaned regularly. What we particularly liked was that there are parking spaces for the cars and you don't necessarily have to park them on the pitch. That gives you a bit more space. The fitness area is well equipped. We also really liked the pool area, although it is sure to be very busy in high season. When we were there, about two thirds of the pitches were occupied.Negativne straneWe had quite a few problems with ants on our pitch. We opted for the mobile homes and were very satisfied. Well equipped and modern... design. We were able to have breakfast and relax on our own terrace.
In my opinion, the ideal combination of peace and quiet and independence with good infrastructure and restaurants (if you do go out for dinner). The staff are very friendly and some speak German.
Zadar old town is easily accessible by bike, on foot (approx. 3/4 hour) or by bus.

Everything was very clean and each room even had a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. If we needed anything, such as dishwasher tabs, toilet paper or a fly screen, the staff took care of it quickly. Whether at the restaurant,... supermarket or pool: everything was very clean and the staff very friendly.
The trees at the entrances to the mobile homes are very pretty, but you shouldn't put anything around them, otherwise you'll find sticky resin everywhere (e.g. the loungers, our shoes). What we personally didn't find so convincing was that everything inside was very noisy. You could hear everything very well. This is probably because the walls are a bit thin.
But all in all, it was a very nice stay for us.Automatski prevedeno.

As "non-campers" with two children (aged 2 and 4), we spent our stay at Falkensteiner Premium Camping Zadar in a "Family Home Plus 40m²" mobile home. We cannot judge the pitches, but our experiences with the accommodation and facilities were mostly... positive.
Our stay was characterized by numerous positive impressions, which we would like to highlight:
We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the entire site. Our mobile home was supplied with fresh towels twice during our stay, which was very pleasant and added to our comfort. Regardless of whether there was a short storm or a bit of rain, the staff made an immediate effort to clean everything again! The public areas are also always clean and are cleaned several times a day!
The breakfast was extensive and fresh, and the staff responded in a friendly and professional manner when there was a problem with our booking.
The location of the campsite is excellent. You can reach Zadar very quickly. We found a bakery, numerous restaurants and various shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity of the campsite.
A big plus point is the included use of the Aqua SPA in the neighboring Falkensteiner Club Funimation Borik. We used this once and were delighted with the heated pool at 29 degrees, which allowed us to swim with the children even when the temperatures were not so warm. The second pool there had the same temperature as the pool area on the campsite itself.
The food in the campsite restaurant was really good. Special mention should also be made of the staff, who were always extremely friendly and courteous, which gave our visits to the restaurant a pleasant atmosphere.
Of course, there were some aspects that could be improved:
