The restroom facilities were in excellent condition and always clean. The campsites are small and, unfortunately, hadn’t been mowed. Despite the drawback of not being right on Lake Constance but only in the region, there is no swimming pool. Great children’s program. The restrooms were also clean at all times. It’s just a shame that the pool is gone and has been replaced by a large gravel area.

What I missed was an area where the kids could go in the water, especially in this hot weather. And maybe update the map a bit. It said there was a cooling station for ice packs, but it wasn’t there.
In my opinion, the Gitz was marked incorrectly on the map.
And overall, there’s something missing at the lakes.

The main complaint is this: why not clearly state, right up front for everyone to see, that there’s no longer a pool? The reason given is certainly plausible.
The little shop is overpriced and unfriendly; as always,... card payments aren’t accepted, and the selection is meager.
Things aren’t much better at the restaurant—the portions are small, the food tastes of nothing, yet it’s expensive.
The beer garden offers almost the same selection, is cheaper, and the food tastes better, too.
The restrooms are very well-maintained, as is the entire facility, in fact.
