The pool was perfectly adequate for us, perhaps a little too little action with children. The staff were very friendly. A bike makes things a lot easier, but you can also get around easily by bus. The sanitary facilities are very nice, although not always clean. The pitches are relatively large, but not very shady.
It was our first time in South Tyrol, so we are not really familiar with the prices in the area, but we find what Camping Arquin charges... almost cheeky.
With the exception of Scandinavia and the UK, we have traveled to almost every country in Europe, including some outside Europe, but this was by far the highest we have ever paid. On this trip we visited 2 other campsites in Italy, 2 in Austria and 2 in Germany and never paid more than half of what we paid here.

Very nice and helpful operators, free choice of pitch according to availability, there are three pitch categories, sanitary building was constantly cleaned at peak times, electricity columns and water points within a short distance. Pool and paddling... pool for children available and a great way to cool off, simply fantastic. Small store with the essentials and restaurant with delicious food on the pitch. An outdoor pool is about 100m away, good bus and train connections. You can get to Merano quickly by bike and the Adige cycle path is right outside the door.
We felt completely at home and will be happy to visit this site again and again. We only had 1 day less this year, but the official sanitary facilities are also very modern and clean. Simone is a perfect hostess, you didn't really express your wishes and everything was fulfilled! We can't say any more praise now, otherwise our next reservation will be jeopardized as too many people want to book this great resort! Very nice location, surrounded by apple orchards, fruit growers can be heard at their daily work, but not disturbing,... quiet at night.
Dogs are welcome. Veterinary clinic Tscherns nearby, very competent.
Good infrastructure!
Bus stop nearby, cycling, hiking, stroll through Lana, many small stores, nice cafés and restaurants, good shopping facilities partly within walking distance.
Beautiful excursion destinations nearby Merano, Bolzano and Lake Kaltern and others.
We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
