Anja S.септември 2025Nice short vacationWhat I liked was that the prices in the restaurants and in the local shops were not overpriced, which is the case in many places. I also thought it was very service-oriented that you could borrow a TV cable WITHOUT paying a fee.

As a child, teenager, adult and now as a father of three. It has evolved over the years and has always managed to inspire me. The proximity to other attractive excursion destinations makes it perfect in combination with... its own offers. The lake and the beach are great and perfect for a vacation with children. The alternative swimming pool is also good and really fun. The "new" pirate's nest is super attractive for smaller children and we really liked it. Spending time at the campsite and enjoying the activities is simply wonderful. Cleanliness, service and friendliness are at a top level! It would be nice if the variety in the restaurants increased a little and each restaurant had an additional focus (e.g. Greek, Italian, Spanish, Swedish,...). Please improve the power supply and definitely renovate wash house 1 and clean it thoroughly more often! Place too big, too crowded and confusing. We have been to 5 star campsites before and had expected more from Südseecamp and have also been to much better 3 star campsites. But ok for one night/transit. The pitch itself is very nice & central
-Pitch with a good slope. Take enough blocks with you.
-Waste water not usable, as installed at the highest point. Take a gray water tank with you!
-No WLAN at the pitch, despite advertising.
Large dog play area with 3-4 pieces of play... equipment. Drinking water available, no bathing facilities!
The place itself is nice.
But the price-performance ratio is not right in my opinion. You pay extra for (almost) everything, and not too little! 2,50€/10min trampoline.
The pitch without everything is expensive & only 6Ampere. We had to turn everything off in the morning (incl. fridge) to prepare drinks with the Tassimo.
I generally miss a bouncy cushion (actually now standard on all family-friendly pitches, I can't think of a pitch that doesn't have one anymore)
In general, I found the number of playgrounds quite small, considering how huge the site is.
As a result, we won't be coming here again without the Leading Card points. The price-performance gap is simply too big, there are many places that do it much better.
So if you don't mind all the extra costs and don't have a nappy-changing child, we recommend it.
