- LCLaetitia C.PozitivnoA bit disappointed for a 4-star campground—a pool with just one basic slide, nowhere to go for a drink with the family in the evening or to get an ice cream, no entertainment, and to top it all off, we stayed in unit 36, where there’s a warehouse that “opens” every morning at 7:30 a.m. with a “noisy” metal roll-up door—and I’m being polite… On our last day, someone was using a brush cutter at 8:00 a.m., right up against the window of our daughters’ room, and told us, “I’m working…” except that we were on VACATION!! When you told us about the inconvenience caused by the pine sap on your vehicle, we responded immediately by offering you a different parking spot to prevent... this from happening again.
We understand your frustration with this situation but had hoped that our prompt response and your familiarity with the site—including both its advantages and its minor natural drawbacks—would have helped put this one-time inconvenience into perspective.

The pétanque... court is an essential gathering spot at a campground; however, the lights are turned off after 10 p.m. to ensure peace and quiet for all our guests.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience regarding the pillows; our bedding includes washable pillow covers that we clean between each rental. However, if we happened to overlook this, we’re always available to replace... the items.
We don’t understand your comment regarding the restaurant/bar, as our restaurant does indeed have a terrace by the pool.
As for the cockroaches, these were Oriental cockroaches that appeared for a few days following a heat wave followed by heavy rain. We called in a pest control company that set traps and cleaned certain areas as a preventive measure, but according to them, this was not an infestation at all—it was simply ideal weather conditions for these small creatures, which were then attracted by food. Since then, we haven’t had any further issues in this regard.
Finally, we’d like to thank you for noting how clean both the accommodation and the campground are.
