We booked this campground in February on campings.com as a 4-star campground with a snack bar and sauna! When we arrived, we discovered for ourselves that it was actually a 3-star campground with no snack bar and no sauna available—and on top of that, there was no security at the campground entrance. Despite all that, we paid the full price.

A bit disappointed for a 4-star campground—a pool with just one basic slide, nowhere to go for a drink with the family in the evening or to get an ice cream, no entertainment, and to top it all off, we stayed in unit 36, where there’s a warehouse that “opens” every morning at 7:30 a.m. with a “noisy” metal roll-up door—and I’m being polite… On our last day, someone was using a brush cutter at 8:00 a.m., right up against the window of our daughters’ room, and told us, “I’m working…” except that we were on VACATION!! Excuse us for paying for a vacation. I do not recommend this campground.

The pool's hours of operation are too limited. The campground is located in an area surrounded by businesses and/or factories. Since they were operating during our stay, we heard engine noise several times a day, and a brush cutter was running as early as 8:30 a.m.

We had a wonderful stay—the campground is welcoming, the mobile home is very well-equipped, the pool is great with its lounge chairs, and the campground is close to everything—just a 5-minute drive away.

It's too bad the pool doesn't open earlier and closes too early, too. With the heat, we felt that 6 p.m. was too early—we could have enjoyed it more.

A pleasant stay; the accommodations were perfectly adequate. Plus, the shared showers are spacious: clean, large, and well-designed.

The photo of the pool is misleading—it’s smaller in real life. The fact that it’s a “Zen” campground isn’t very clear online, so we were disappointed that there weren’t any activities, especially in the evening. As for the amenities offered, it’s a shame we weren’t able to use the sauna on Saturday.

The pétanque... court is an essential gathering spot at a campground; however, the lights are turned off after 10 p.m. to ensure peace and quiet for all our guests.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad you enjoyed your stay at our campground.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience regarding the pillows; our bedding includes washable pillow covers that we clean between each rental. However, if we happened to overlook this, we’re always available to replace... the items.
We don’t understand your comment regarding the restaurant/bar, as our restaurant does indeed have a terrace by the pool.
As for the cockroaches, these were Oriental cockroaches that appeared for a few days following a heat wave followed by heavy rain. We called in a pest control company that set traps and cleaned certain areas as a preventive measure, but according to them, this was not an infestation at all—it was simply ideal weather conditions for these small creatures, which were then attracted by food. Since then, we haven’t had any further issues in this regard.
Finally, we’d like to thank you for noting how clean both the accommodation and the campground are.
