We’re sorry for the inconvenience regarding the pillows; our bedding includes washable pillow covers that we clean between each rental. However, if we happened to overlook this, we’re always available to replace... the items.
We don’t understand your comment regarding the restaurant/bar, as our restaurant does indeed have a terrace by the pool.
As for the cockroaches, these were Oriental cockroaches that appeared for a few days following a heat wave followed by heavy rain. We called in a pest control company that set traps and cleaned certain areas as a preventive measure, but according to them, this was not an infestation at all—it was simply ideal weather conditions for these small creatures, which were then attracted by food. Since then, we haven’t had any further issues in this regard.
Finally, we’d like to thank you for noting how clean both the accommodation and the campground are.
