The campground was fully booked. Despite the crowds, check-in was very friendly and professional. The site was completely level with PVC mesh; so it should stay stable even in the rain. The restrooms and showers were very good. There’s no convenience... store on site, but there’s a shopping center 700 meters away. The bread roll service works well. There’s a bus stop right at the campground, but it’s only for the trip there. Return trips in the evening starting at 8:00 p.m.??? There aren’t any trees or shrubs (yet). So there’s no shade. The restroom facilities are adequate, spacious, and very clean, and feature showers with built-in sinks. The campground is very well-maintained and very well-run. A bread roll delivery service is also available. There is a bus stop right at the entrance. A shopping center is in the immediate vicinity. The city center is 2.5 kilometers away.NegativnoThe park is still fairly new, so there are hardly any shaded spots.Very good campgroundWe’ve visited this campground several times (more than 10 times). The booking process was always hassle-free. The campsites that were reserved for us were all large enough. So our vacation really began as soon as we set up camp. The campground is very quiet. There are camping barrels and a tent area....
You can buy bus tickets at the reception desk. A bread roll delivery service is also available.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and is always willing to offer tips and advice.
The restrooms are very clean and well-maintained. A “highlight” is the artwork on the shower walls, which depicts Erfurt’s landmarks.
There’s a bus stop right at the entrance to the campground. Buses run at regular intervals. After a ride of just under 10 minutes, you’ll reach the bus station in downtown Erfurt.
It’s an excellent spot for a city getaway.
Tip:
