We used the free public transport to visit the Christmas markets in Lindau, Bregenz and Friedrichshafen. Thanks to the gravel pitches, even the rain on one day didn't lead to mud and large puddles.

Then sales were discontinued and a minimalist service was provided by vending trolleys. Now there is nothing at... all. There is even more on offer on some pitches. - Stefan G.oktober 2025Park-Camping LindauDespite relatively high occupancy and frequent arrivals and departures, the campsite made a well-kept impression. The sanitary facilities and washing-up areas were generally clean. The reception is staffed by friendly, helpful employees.
Another plus is the immediate proximity to the lake. We were in the second row and had a direct view of the water.
