The sanitary facilities and washing-up areas were generally clean. The reception is staffed by friendly, helpful employees.
Another plus is the immediate proximity to the lake. We were in the second row and had a direct view of the water.

We received a very warm welcome at the Lindau campsite and felt welcome right from the start. The site is beautifully situated and offers a great view. Everything is very clean and well maintained - both the pitches and the sanitary facilities. We particularly liked how uncomplicated everything was. They were always very open to personal requests and pragmatic in implementing them. The site is very well organized and everything you need is there. In addition to the bread... stand, which also offers dairy products and spreads, which is open from 08:00 - 09:30, there are also changing stands with products from the region, really great! The direct access to Lake Constance was also something special in mid-October, where there was a beach bar that rounded off the beach feeling. The wash houses are well sized and we always found them clean.
We really appreciated the option of booking a pitch online (possible from 5 days).
Only the WLAN was very weak, at least on pitch 211.
We would definitely like to come back.

Sanitary facilities clean and warm. As we had no bikes with us we had to rely on the bus. Every 30 min to the city or the island was ok.
WLAN was catastrophic and hardly possible.

Despite what felt like full occupancy over the "Prinz Hoffest" weekend, it was quiet, tidy and everything was very clean. The bread stand is great, there is nothing left to be desired. We also thought it was great that there were different points of sale... every day towards the evening. From cheese to oils and vegetables, everything you need. The location directly on the lake is excellent, nice beach bar with seating and sunbathing options.
