The campground is in a beautiful location, 250 meters from the Baltic Sea. The terraced area for RVs is lovely because it offers an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. The washhouse was clean. Even though the campground was full, it was wonderfully quiet there.

The restroom could be cleaner; for example, the tiles on the wall near the toilets were dirty, and some of the toilet flushes in the women's restroom aren't working. Also, the hand dryer in the women's restroom isn't working.
Weekend Getaway
The campground deserves 5 stars just for its location, right on the Baltic Sea. It’s in a very quiet area, and the campground itself was also very peaceful and relaxing. The beach is only 250 m away, and Grömitz is just a 20-minute bike ride away, as is Neustadt.

We have no complaints about the campground. The only thing worth criticizing is the bike route to Grömitz. The lack of a bike path makes the ride very stressful for children.
A Wonderful Family Vacation
We spent a wonderful week at the campground in a vacation home with a view of the Baltic Sea. The vacation home was very cozy and well-equipped. We had everything we needed. Our children really enjoyed the playground and the activities offered.
We’d love to come back and hope there will soon be a decent bike path to Grömitz.

My Favorite Campground
I love this campground—it’s like a second home to me, with its friendly atmosphere and great restaurant. And I love that I can bring my dog along. They take care of everything right away—if the heater isn’t working, a staff member comes by immediately and fixes it.

The location of the vacation cottage was very nice, with a view of the lake, even though it was in the third row.

☆A nice break☆
The cottage was tastefully furnished and very clean. The bedspreads, pillows, and sofa cushions smelled freshly laundered. The rolls were also very tasty. We thought the campground’s location was lovely. Since we were traveling with our dog, we can’t comment on the bike trails. We were able to take... some very nice walks here, including on the beach.
It’s a great starting point for exploring the neighboring towns. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet here this week.
In the evenings, the gas fireplace created a very cozy atmosphere.
We felt very comfortable here.

Fall Vacation
The campground was incredibly peaceful. The beach was easy to get to and unspoiled. The front desk staff was very friendly. The restaurant was also delicious.

The house, the unobstructed view of Lübeck Bay, and the hustle and bustle at the dog park.

Dogs weren't allowed on any of the beaches, and the dog beach is too small.
Captain's House on the First Row
We went on some lovely hikes to Grömitz and Rettin.

In Grömitz, you can relax and people-watch over a Limoncello-Spitz, and in Rettin, the Düne 56 snack bar serves the best fish sandwiches (closed Wednesdays; otherwise open from 11 a.m.).

Walkyrien has everything you need, and dogs are very welcome.... The houses are functional and comfortably furnished. With a terrace and a beach chair, you can enjoy the peace and quiet. If you have them, you should definitely bring binoculars, because there’s always something to see out on the water.

There’s a good pizzeria in Bliesdorf. Unfortunately, it was closed for vacation just when we were there. So we were left with only our memories from last year.

Valkyries, Again and Again
Walkyrien is a campground in a beautiful location. The campsites are spacious and perfectly equipped. Dogs are welcome and even have a great fenced-in play area with equipment. The restaurant is a real highlight! A wide variety of options, high-quality food, a super cozy atmosphere, and very friendly staff. We’re completely satisfied and are already looking forward to our next stay at Walkyrien.

The location is ideal for us and our dog. It's just a short walk to the beautiful natural beach below the cliffs—and there's no entrance fee. The cottage is well-equipped with everything you need.

A 14-day vacation at the Kapitän Log Cabin in September
There's a small supermarket that sells bread rolls and a restaurant, which, unfortunately, is only open in the evenings outside of peak season—and on weekends, it opens as early as noon.
It's nice and peaceful, and kids should feel right at home here, too.

Vacation in Walkyrien
It was just so nice—friendly, helpful, clean—you just felt right at home. That started on the day we arrived and continued throughout the entire week. Hopefully it’ll be next year soon, and we can book again—except for 2027. The Möhwald family & Eddy, our dog, who also felt absolutely at home 🐾🐾🐾🐾

We received a warm welcome and were even able to choose one of the many beautiful campsites. We also kept seeing staff members who kept the campground in good shape.

A great campground!
We can wholeheartedly recommend this campground.
Although the grass was a bit worn in some places, the groundskeepers are already making sure that everything will be green again next year.

Spacious and tastefully furnished, with everything you need for your vacation. A very nice campground.

Unfortunately, there are also some issues: the sofa and bed are very worn out (sagging). I found some items left behind by the previous tenant.
Lotzen House
A very nice campground on the coast; the staff are always friendly and nice.
It's just a shame that you have to go down a steep flight of stairs to get to the water.

With a RV and a dog
We spent a week at this beautiful campground with our RV and dog.
It’s a quick bike ride to Grömitz along a lovely path. The dog beach is fantastic for our four-legged friends.
There’s a dog shower on the campground, which we needed to use several times.
All the staff are friendly and helpful.
The restrooms... are modern and clean.
The small store with a bread delivery service has the essentials; otherwise, the nearest supermarket isn’t far away.
If you want to leave your car parked, a bike comes in handy.
We’d love to come back.

This was our second time staying in a vacation home at Walkyrien.
We really enjoyed it, and the house with the ocean view was well-equipped and clean.
The highlight of the campground is the Land und Meer restaurant.
