Beautiful Campground
All in all, a great campground with plenty of opportunities to relax, including a spa, activities for kids, an off-leash area for dogs, a fantastic restaurant, and other shopping options.
We give this campground 3 out of 5 stars.

The organization—it all starts with the online booking. We loooove that! The bathrooms were really great and clean.

The walk to the water is longer.... We couldn't get down the stairs with our old dog. But a little further into the woods there was a path down, which we were then able to take. The beach is a natural beach with lots of rocks. Older people or those with mobility issues will have a hard time here. We didn’t appreciate the fact that some long-term campers were smoking weed.
There's nothing to complain about here—just enjoy!
A well-organized and beautiful campground with sites in a wide variety of categories. If you're looking to swim and enjoy the beach, you should head to a different beach. The location is quiet and rural. We'll definitely be back.

There are absolutely no downsides for us!
A wonderful vacation in a charming little cottage
We booked a lighthouse keeper’s house with a garden. Unfortunately, the garden is smaller than we expected, but it’s fenced in—perfect for a dog! And we got the ocean view for free!
The beach is just a short walk away (200 meters), and there are various daily activities for kids on the program.
We’re so thrilled that we went ahead and booked our stay for next year while we were still there.

The vacation homes are great for us as a couple with a dog. The dog park was right in front of us. The vacation home was well-equipped. It's a short distance to places for day trips. And everyone was very friendly.

The Perfect Vacation
The campground is large and wonderfully laid out.
It’s very clean everywhere, and if you ever need anything, there’s a small, well-stocked store on the grounds.
For dog owners, it’s a big plus that there’s a dog run.
We were very satisfied in every way.

- The campsites are large enough. We had one with water, electricity, and sewer hookups. - Check-in is possible outside of regular hours. - Nice beach bar. - Plenty for kids, including playgrounds and bounce houses. - Clean restrooms

- Not enough showers. - Shower water available in 30-second intervals for a total of 4 minutes. Followed by a recharge period. The spray is like that of a pressure washer. Often cold! - Hardly any shaded parking spots.
Solid, but nothing more
Unfortunately, the restrooms—and especially the showers—don't warrant a 5-star rating.
The beach isn’t anything to write home about either. Lots of gravel and a steep set of stairs. The scenery, however, is very beautiful, nestled among the fields.
We stayed for 3 days while passing through during peak season. I wouldn’t stay any longer.

So right from the start, we had to figure out where our site might be… The restrooms were consistently dirty, and the baby changing room wasn’t unlocked until about 46 hours after our arrival—only after we asked three times. Access to the Baltic Sea is about a 30-minute walk with a child. We won’t be visiting this campground again!

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry that your stay didn’t meet your expectations.
However, we’d like to clarify a few of your statements. For guests arriving outside of our reception hours, there is a large map of our campground located right next to... the check-in terminal. In addition, site maps are available there to take with you, so that everyone can easily find their campsite.
Our restroom facilities are cleaned three times a day and inspected regularly. If something is ever not right, we’d appreciate it if you’d let us know directly on-site so we can address it immediately. Our baby changing room is also always available to our guests. Unfortunately, we can’t understand why the issues you described would have occurred here.
Furthermore, the distance to the beach is only about 200 meters, not a 30-minute walk.

We’re sorry you had this experience during your stay. Nevertheless, we thank you for your feedback and wish you all the best for your future travels.

A really beautiful place
Very nice and friendly staff. We received a warm welcome and felt right at home. The restrooms in Building 3 were very clean at all times. The beach is just a 5-minute walk down a flight of stairs. There’s a small shop and a restaurant on the premises. We’ll definitely be back.

Sites with ocean views. Fresh water, wastewater, and electricity at each site. Private bathrooms with a large shower, two sinks, and a toilet. A well-stocked store.

There wasn't much grass left on our site, so we carried some sand into the trailer.
Our Weekend
We spent a weekend there with our RV. It was truly wonderful. We were greeted very warmly as soon as we arrived. Booking our later departure was also hassle-free. The washrooms and restrooms were super clean. The water pressure in the showers was great, too! It’s a great place to unwind, go for nice... walks, or just head down to the beach. They’ve also made investments for kids—we discovered two playgrounds while out walking. And there’s even a dog run for your four-legged friends. We’ll definitely be back!

A very beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. It was very quiet and relaxing. Clean and modern restrooms. A restaurant and mini-market with a bread delivery service right on site. There’s also the option to visit a spa. Bike paths start right at the campground.

We were there in our RV. I don't think the location of the waste disposal station is very well thought out. For campers parked right next to it, there could be an odor problem. It would be nice if you could select a specific site online (if it's available, of course).
Camping Vacation at the Walkyrien Baltic Sea Vacation Park
We really enjoyed it and felt right at home. The park staff were also very friendly and helpful. We'd love to come back!

As mentioned above, we can wholeheartedly recommend this campground for our rental accommodations. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is also worth a visit. You can even order your morning rolls quickly and easily online.

Fantastic
Great campground, and you can see the ocean from many of the sites and accommodations—it’s fantastic. Ideal for dog owners—but families with small children who aren’t big on dogs might not be as comfortable here. The restaurant serves good food, and the supermarket offers fresh bread rolls in the morning if you order them. We’ll be back!

We’re currently at the beautiful Walkyrien Camping & Baltic Sea Vacation Park, and I think we’ve just rediscovered our reset button here. 😍 And the best part? All the kids are having a blast, and even our furry friends are enjoying a wonderful vacation here! 🐶❤️

Family time. Dog time. Beach time....

Anyone who enjoys the view of the Baltic Sea here in the morning, walks barefoot through the sand at noon, and watches the sunset with their favorite people in the evening will immediately understand why the Walkyrien campground is so special.

Womo-Park Check-in/out only at the self-service terminal!?
-> Bad decision! I arrived just in time during office hours at 1:00 p.m. and was turned away right away! Only at the self-service terminal!
Okay, I went along with it. The result: a slip of paper with the spot number U133. Well, I wonder where... that might be. Walked past the Womopark sign and searched everywhere. S-something—well, checking out the site in 35-degree heat is sure fun. After a quarter of an hour, I found a spot numbered 133, but U133?? When I asked a worker, I found out that the letter didn’t matter. Oh well. So, spot 133. Water hookup, sewer hookup, and a 15-amp fused outlet.
I hooked up the RV first and cooled it down a bit with the AC. I ran a quick errand at Stolz, which was relatively close by. That’s where I got the phone call: “We’d like to ask you to turn off the AC! It’s prohibited according to the terms and conditions!” Then why did I book the luxury spot with a 15 A fuse? Yes, the general information sheet states that you’re not allowed to charge electric cars—that’s normal! However, there was no mention in that sheet that you’re also not allowed to use the air conditioning.
“But… it says in the Terms and Conditions.” I also found it strange that the neighboring RV was using air conditioning as well and no one said anything to them. They wouldn’t accept my explanation that I have a dog with a heart condition. I was told to please register the dog the next day. Another drawback of the self-service terminal was that it gave me no indication that a dog incurs an extra charge. Question for the office: You have washing machines—can you pay for them with a card, cash, or
laundry tokens? Answer: “No idea—I have my own washing machine…”
That’s not exactly what I’d call helpful! I’ve ignored the vague suggestion that you should leave a positive review on rating sites and direct any criticism to the office, but it does explain the many 4- and 5-star ratings.
We couldn’t see the Baltic Sea from our campsite.
The restrooms were excellent—it doesn’t get much better than this!!

Weekend on the Summer Meadow
We received a very warm welcome upon arrival and were given a clear explanation of our site’s location!
The site was large enough for scooters, with a view and electricity right at the site!
We also really appreciated the guidelines on how to position the vehicle!
This way, everyone had an unobstructed view and their own privacy!

Weekend Getaway
We were standing on the summer meadow; the loud shouts of children followed us there until 11:00 p.m. We wanted some peace and quiet, but at night the adults from those families and parties kept the noise going. Unfortunately, no effort was made to keep things quiet! So it was impossible to sleep or... relax! That was a real shame! It was probably just bad luck…
We were looking for relaxation, and this seems to be the wrong place for that; otherwise, it’s a well-maintained place with very friendly people at the front desk.

What a wonderful vacation!
Four generations of our family stayed at the Walkyrien Campground, where we rented two guide houses and a RV site! Both the houses and the campground were exceptionally well-maintained and lovingly decorated. It’s a fantastic campground, with a small store, a great restaurant, and a very family-friendly atmosphere. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful! We’ll definitely be back!

Great campground. Beautiful beach cabins. Super nice people—all very dog-friendly. There's a dog shower. A great restaurant.

It was very warm, and our cottage got really hot; there was no shade anywhere around the house. So it would be nice to have a large umbrella or a sunshade. Many other guests have said the same thing.
Great Vacation
A really great campground with very, very friendly people, a restaurant with excellent food, and nice staff. Everyone is very dog-friendly. The beach cottages are very nice. The only thing that would be great is if the cottage had a large umbrella or a sunshade, since there’s no shade around the house.We’ve... heard this from several people. Other than that, we felt right at home and have already booked for next year. Many thanks to everyone who works there for making it possible for us to have such a great vacation there.
