Womo-Park Check-in/out only at the self-service terminal!?
-> Bad decision! I arrived just in time during office hours at 1:00 p.m. and was turned away right away! Only at the self-service terminal!
Okay, I went along with it. The result: a slip of paper with the spot number U133. Well, I wonder where... that might be. Walked past the Womopark sign and searched everywhere. S-something—well, checking out the site in 35-degree heat is sure fun. After a quarter of an hour, I found a spot numbered 133, but U133?? When I asked a worker, I found out that the letter didn’t matter. Oh well. So, spot 133. Water hookup, sewer hookup, and a 15-amp fused outlet.
I hooked up the RV first and cooled it down a bit with the AC. I ran a quick errand at Stolz, which was relatively close by. That’s where I got the phone call: “We’d like to ask you to turn off the AC! It’s prohibited according to the terms and conditions!” Then why did I book the luxury spot with a 15 A fuse? Yes, the general information sheet states that you’re not allowed to charge electric cars—that’s normal! However, there was no mention in that sheet that you’re also not allowed to use the air conditioning.
“But… it says in the Terms and Conditions.” I also found it strange that the neighboring RV was using air conditioning as well and no one said anything to them. They wouldn’t accept my explanation that I have a dog with a heart condition. I was told to please register the dog the next day. Another drawback of the self-service terminal was that it gave me no indication that a dog incurs an extra charge. Question for the office: You have washing machines—can you pay for them with a card, cash, or
laundry tokens? Answer: “No idea—I have my own washing machine…”
That’s not exactly what I’d call helpful! I’ve ignored the vague suggestion that you should leave a positive review on rating sites and direct any criticism to the office, but it does explain the many 4- and 5-star ratings.
We couldn’t see the Baltic Sea from our campsite.
The restrooms were excellent—it doesn’t get much better than this!!

Weekend on the Summer Meadow
We received a very warm welcome upon arrival and were given a clear explanation of our site’s location!
The site was large enough for scooters, with a view and electricity right at the site!
We also really appreciated the guidelines on how to position the vehicle!
This way, everyone had an unobstructed view and their own privacy!

Noise/Quiet hours were not observed!
Weekend Getaway
We were standing on the summer meadow; the loud shouts of children followed us there until 11:00 p.m. We wanted some peace and quiet, but at night the adults from those families and parties kept the noise going. Unfortunately, no effort was made to keep things quiet! So it was impossible to sleep or... relax! That was a real shame! It was probably just bad luck…
We were looking for relaxation, and this seems to be the wrong place for that; otherwise, it’s a well-maintained place with very friendly people at the front desk.

I really can't think of any downsides—everything was great!
What a wonderful vacation!
Four generations of our family stayed at the Walkyrien Campground, where we rented two guide houses and a RV site! Both the houses and the campground were exceptionally well-maintained and lovingly decorated. It’s a fantastic campground, with a small store, a great restaurant, and a very family-friendly atmosphere. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful! We’ll definitely be back!

Great campground. Beautiful beach cabins. Super nice people—all very dog-friendly. There's a dog shower. A great restaurant.

It was very warm, and our cottage got really hot; there was no shade anywhere around the house. So it would be nice to have a large umbrella or a sunshade. Many other guests have said the same thing.
Great Vacation
A really great campground with very, very friendly people, a restaurant with excellent food, and nice staff. Everyone is very dog-friendly. The beach cottages are very nice. The only thing that would be great is if the cottage had a large umbrella or a sunshade, since there’s no shade around the house.We’ve... heard this from several people. Other than that, we felt right at home and have already booked for next year. Many thanks to everyone who works there for making it possible for us to have such a great vacation there.

Great Campground
We really enjoyed it, and so did our dog. The natural beach isn't far away, and there are beautiful paths to Pelzerhaken, Grömitz, and other places that you can take by bike or scooter. We'd love to come back.

We liked the campground itself. Unfortunately, we didn't like the restroom facilities.

After four days, we noticed that the accessible bathroom wasn’t being cleaned. Upon inquiry, we learned that cleaning it isn’t part of the schedule. At least five people use this pool. In my opinion, it is grossly negligent to proceed this way. My husband is blind and unable to tell where he is touching. Please don’t always put people with disabilities last.

This spot wasn't really right for us, but it was still beautiful along the cliffs.
There are well-marked bike paths for cycling.

The ground drains very well, but that also makes it very hard. Steel stakes are recommended; the usual plastic pegs are useless.
Best Campground for Dogs
A truly dog-friendly campground with a large, fenced-in play area featuring agility equipment. Spacious sites, very well-maintained, ample access roads, friendly and helpful staff, right on the Baltic Sea, great area for biking, a well-stocked supermarket on-site, a good restaurant, and the ice cream... truck comes by every day.
The restrooms are very well-maintained and clean; depending on your site location, it’s better to get there by bike than on foot.

We had a wonderful stay in this modern vacation home. The place is tastefully decorated, very clean, and the view is truly beautiful. Overall, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation. However, there are a few minor issues that could be improved. The furniture is very susceptible to damage from... glass rims, so coasters would be helpful. In addition, the water pressure in the shower was unfortunately very low due to a faulty showerhead. Ventilating the rooms was also a bit difficult, as the blinds react strongly even to slight movements. Despite these minor issues, we can still recommend the accommodation overall.

There were no umbrellas or awnings at the beach houses. That was a real shame.
A Great Vacation
It was a wonderful vacation. The swimming spot right by the camp was great. The water was so clear, and the beach was very natural, with sand and rocks.
The camp itself was very nice. We had a beach house that was compact and adequately equipped. There was plenty of storage space and plenty of cabinets.... A clothes drying rack was also provided. There was even a small stool in the bathroom for children. Fly screens were installed in both bedrooms. That would be nice in the living room as well, since the windows have to be open on hot days. The beach houses heat up very quickly. A parasol or awning would be nice so you can make better use of the lovely patio.
There was even a little children’s entertainment outside of the school vacation period.

A Perfect Weekend
We spent a weekend here with our 3-year-old grandson in perfect weather, and we all had a wonderful time. The campground is well-maintained, the sites are spacious, and the restrooms were clean. Our little one really enjoyed the kids’ pool—and so did we. The staff were all super friendly. We highly recommend the Land & Meer restaurant. The food was excellent, and so was the service. We had a wonderful weekend.

Located right on the Baltic Sea, and you can quickly ride your bike (about 8 km) to Neustadt or Grömitz

Campground with a view of the Baltic Sea
We really liked the location, especially the direct view of the Baltic Sea. The staff was super friendly and helped us right away when we had a problem with our awning. The food at the Land & Meer coastal restaurant was also incredibly delicious. We can’t say enough good things about the super-friendly staff there, either.
We’ll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there with our two children, ages 4 and 7. There was a great selection of activities for kids. The location near the beach was also perfect. The restaurant was nice, and everyone was friendly. The campground is clean and well-maintained. Our mobile home was like new. We’d love to come back.

The house right on the beach was simply beautiful. Everything was spotless, the view was amazing, and the walk to the beach and the beach itself were gorgeous, quiet, uncrowded, and clean. The campground in general is also highly recommended. The staff are so friendly, and check-in and check-out were super easy. We’ll be back!

PLUMBING: Urinal—sometimes a strong odor

We spent a week at the campground in June;
it’s in a very nice, quiet location. Lots of meadows and
woods for walking and biking, and it’s less than
300 meters to the Baltic Sea for swimming and wading.
The restrooms are fairly new, and there’s a sauna and restaurant
on site. There’s a large nature... playground for the little ones, plus a bouncy castle.
Dogs were allowed and there were plenty of them—and since I really like dogs, that wasn’t a problem. A bike is handy for big shopping trips, but you can also walk to Bliesdorf to the large Netto supermarket and Kaufhaus Stolz. There are two pizzerias in town.

The sites are nice and spacious and well-separated.

Vacation at the Rederloft
We received a warm welcome and check-in was a breeze; the staff was always there to help with any problems or questions. The team at the Land & Meer restaurant was absolutely lovely. The view of the water was stunning from every angle.
