The new sanitary building as well as the bathroom at the front lack handrails and markings where the stairs are... located. Why wasn't the 2nd step made all the way around the edge? Why wasn't it marked where the 2nd step is? For people with a visual impairment it is almost impossible to see where the stairs are and that it just goes down in some places!!!! It is very dangerous. Concrete is totally "confusing" anyway, that's why someone drove a car into the fountain in front of it.
