In the showers upstairs in the women’s/family area, the floor was dirty (couldn’t be rinsed off), and mold was already starting to grow in the corners.
We also thought it was a real shame that the pool wasn’t open anymore, since it was still... almost 30 degrees.
The bread rolls we’d ordered the night before apparently weren’t processed correctly online (though the price for the missing items was still charged “correctly”), so that was a loss on our end. The restrooms are always clean, and there’s plenty of toilet paper.

I felt well taken care of and safe day and night. Everything is fully automated.
