-The piscina blu should be open longer. (Maybe it's different in summer like now at the end of October.
-The selection of bread rolls is a bit meager in the morning!
-I miss the Vinschgerl offer!
-The special offers regarding the selection of daily specials were always... varied and very tasty.
-The food prices are moderate. However, I find the drink prices, of any kind, too high!
-Unfortunately, there is no possibility to exchange an empty gas bottle. Or?
-I find the wellness offers (massages) too expensive!
-Cycling map through the orchards would be helpful. (route planner)
-The indoor pool lacks a demarcation between swimmers and non-swimmers or an indication of the water depth
-Unfortunately, there is no possibility to stand in the water at the end of the indoor pool, as there is no suitable place to put your feet.
-Unfortunately, there is no slide for children and no indoor or outdoor pool for small children or babies.

The staff are competent and very friendly, even the boss is committed to the front line and doesn't hide away in the office :-)NegatywneThe storage space on arrival or departure is rather tight (especially for caravans) due to the situation. Whether this can be remedied (by relocating the nursery playground) will certainly become clear in 2026. Dogs are welcome (and pay for them) but the situation the situation is really not completely resolved. The management should think about this (again). Thank you.If Lana or Merano, then Schlosshof!For us, Schlosshof Camping has a fixed place in our agenda twice a year.
