Very dog-friendly with plenty of places to walk—the pond was still pleasantly warm even at the end of August—we always had great meals at the Murstüberl—shopping at Adeg is just a 5-minute bike ride away

Hi, we’ve been to the Murinsel campground five times now. It’s always a pleasure to visit. The campground’s own swimming lake is the absolute highlight of the place. The campground operators are very friendly. The campground is very clean and quiet. The Mura Valley is great for biking. You can also start hikes right from the campground. So, there’s something for everyone.

For us, the downsides are/were: On the "Wiese/Grau" sites, the ground is covered with bark mulch. This creates a lot of dirt and is a nuisance. In the main building, the restrooms are showing their age. The enamel is peeling off the faucets. The sinks drain very poorly. .

We've been coming here for several years now, and it's always a pleasure to spend our vacation here. Very friendly people, very clean, and everything is extremely well-maintained.

There aren't any decent restaurants in town.

Local spots, ice cream trucks, pizza trucks, bread delivery—simply everything is wonderful

Great welcome—they pay attention to the little details. Beautiful, well-maintained grounds, and the restrooms are in tip-top shape, too. They even provide carts to transport your toilet cassette.

A very nice, quiet campground—perfect for dogs—with good food and a great campsite with a direct view of the pond. We’ll be back next year. 2 adults + dog. P.S.: We love the outdoor showers.

The fence around the dog area needs a little repair, but otherwise everything is great.
