It’s a great spot for walking or biking.
The facilities at the campground are incredibly clean and well-maintained. They even have a small dishwasher!
We’ve stayed in a teepee (tent) and in a camper—both were always very comfortable.

The indoor pool was also really nice, though there weren’t quite enough seats and loungers—but then again, we just spent the whole time in the water 😂👍🏻

The food was great, the restrooms were very clean, the showers were awesome, and the staff was super friendly!
The indoor pool was also great, and the kids’ playground and the lake were a dream.
The only downside was that hoses, work equipment, and a robotic... vacuum had been left in the outdoor pool area for several days… it gave the place a bit of a “lost” feel and disrupted the idyllic atmosphere a little.

The resort offers a wide variety of outdoor and indoor recreational activities. New this year: a small soccer field (awesome!!) and a bocce court! We also took the opportunity to... learn the basics of archery for the first time. The kids had a lot of fun, and so did I in the end, thanks to the friendly, patient nature of one of your staff members! Thanks again for that!
And that’s exactly what sets this park apart: its staff!! Always friendly, in a good mood—no phone call or question is too much, whether it comes from an adult or a child—and small requests or wishes are granted whenever possible! A huge THANK YOU!!
It’s a place where you feel right at home, with very few rules!
Two minor criticisms: maybe the Wi-Fi could be improved?!
And the town of Neureichenau should rethink its waste disposal plan! Not providing yellow bins and relying on vacationers not to buy food in plastic packaging isn’t a good plan!

We’d especially like to highlight the staff, who were, without exception, friendly,... helpful, and always in a good mood.
We used the indoor pool very often, and it was a real plus for us. The campground is also located right next to beautiful hiking trails, making it an ideal starting point for excursions into nature.
There’s plenty to do for kids here, too. In addition to a mini-golf course, there’s a really great forest playground. You can tell throughout the entire campground that a lot of attention to detail has gone into it.

It’s suitable for people who want to hike and bike in the area, as well as for parents with children up to age 10—provided you take advantage of the activities and keep them occupied. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and there’s a basic selection of food and drinks, as well as a bread roll delivery service. There is one drawback, however, regarding the campground restaurant—it’s only open from early August through early September. The nearest place to shop is 8 km away.
