If we had any queries, they always went out of their way to help us and find a solution. We have never experienced this in this way before.
On New Year's Eve, there was a little schnapps for the adults and... jelly babies for the children, distributed around the campsite. Such things have become rare, so it's all the more gratifying when you feel that you're taking care of your guests and appreciating them. That certainly came across to us.
There are numerous ways to spend your time in the surrounding area: Walking, hiking, cycling, excursions to Waldkirchen or Passau, there really is a lot to see.
We went to the restaurant a few times during our camping stay: for breakfast, in the afternoon for coffee/tea with strudel and for dinner.
Breakfast buffet by reservation: the selection was fantastic, we didn't manage to try everything on offer. Drinks are included in the price, which we thought was really great. The staff made every effort to replenish all the dishes quickly, which worked well despite the restaurant being full. I think a short, manageable waiting time for fresh food is absolutely acceptable.
Dinner: we had booked in advance as the campsite was full. The food took a while and TO GO dishes also had to be prepared. The food was very tasty, sufficient and we didn't need a starter or dessert to feel full.
We had cheese noodles, pizza and schnitzel. The following evening we all had pizza again, which we can really recommend.
Wash house: Like the mobile wash houses with WC and shower, it was always clean, despite being fully booked. The privacy in the wash cabins is very pleasant as they are closed.

Totally great wash house with huge showers. The food at Sepp is very tasty and the portions are large. There is also plenty on offer for children. From the friendliness to the well-equipped pitches, the Sepp is a must to eat and enjoy. The existing wash house is the best I have seen so far.

The wash building is very tastefully designed and clean. Large showers with washbasins and sockets where you can get ready in... one room, washing machine and dryer are of course also available as well as a dog shower.
Children big and small have a small petting zoo and a very nice playground at their disposal.
The restaurant on the campsite is great value for money and the food is simply delicious.
There will probably be another wellness house with all the trimmings in the near future, but that will also be needed when all the pitches are ready, then one sanitary building will no longer be enough.
Nearby there is everything you need stores supermarkets DM everything.
Great area for leisure activities, culture etc.
We will come again absolutely recommendable!!!

Negative: The ponies lie in their own manure. Restaurant: unfriendly waitress who asked... everyone in the beer garden to sit in the shade so she didn't have to walk so far. As we had already ordered, we got thick jackets and hats. Then we got pizza which tasted better from the freezer. The site is large and the pitches in the middle of nature are spacious, giving plenty of room for privacy and comfort. The wifi is excellent and the restaurant offers very good food and breakfast.
Whether it's day trips in the surrounding area,... shopping, hiking or cycling - there's something for everyone. The children's area is fantastic - there's a great playground and even a petting zoo right on site.
However, there are not enough toilets and showers for the number of pitches and rental accommodation. However, after consultation with the reception, this is to be remedied shortly. A small additional suggestion or idea: an additional covered outdoor area for washing up would be great.
The surrounding area offers something for everyone: hiking, cycling and shopping are just some of the many activities you can enjoy here. Special mention must be made of the very friendly staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable.
