Swimming lake with a beach; the site is well-laid-out to minimize through traffic. Pitches come in various sizes. The standard pitch is generously sized. The campground offers a good range of amenities: a mini-market, playground, sauna, kids’... room, and more. The restroom facilities are good. That said, we only used the smaller ones. Unfortunately, there weren’t enough drain covers in the shower area at the back of the facility, which made it a bit unsightly at times. There was also a slight fecal odor in the entrance area of the men’s restroom that bothered me. But that might have been due to the dry season.
The digital process—including booking, the bread roll service, and communication—was perfect.
Overall, it was a pleasant long weekend. Despite everything, we think the price of 10 euros per day is a bit too high compared to some other campsites. - NPNicole P.augusztus 2026Great campground with everything you needI was there with my son, our dog, and a tent. Everything is very laid-back. The washrooms are super clean. They serve delicious currywurst with fries and Kölsch :-) You can order bread rolls or buy them at the store in town (about 1 km away).
The lake is beautiful. Lots of kids playing and a relaxed... family of swans.
You can rent a SUP or pedal boat for €10 per hour.
Just a few meters away, you can also try water skiing.
Thanks to the front desk for the chair 😉

The campground is very dog-friendly (dog shower, water bowls, and poop bags), and they’ve thought of everything for children of all ages. The kids were able to run around freely everywhere. There were great dog-friendly beaches. The wash houses were very clean.

Well-stocked mini-market—drink prices are okay, but I found everything else to be really expensive (e.g., €3 for coffee filters—at the supermarket they’re max €1.49—I don’t understand why they have to be so ridiculously expensive). The mini-market is good—unfortunately, it doesn’t carry fruit, but it accepts cashless payments (a prepaid customer card for kids). Alcohol is sold only with an ID! The only downside is that there’s very little indoor space available... in case of bad weather.
Also: Great alpaca experience within the park.
