Mayke D.juuli 2026absolutely great :)We have stayed at Seefeldpark Sarnen before for 3 nights and there was no doubt about it, we were going to come back! So this time we stayed for 6 nights on the tent meadow and we had a very good time as expected. The camping has everything you might need, very nice sanitary facilities, a cosy tent meadow... (with the best view of the lake) and the fantastic swimming pool to enjoy just a few steps away. The staff is friendly and helpfull, the people who visit this camping are respectful, friendly, happy and there is a good mix of young, old, families, friends, people passing through, people staying for longer periods. it just all feels very balanced and homey. The smell from the candy factory in the neighboring village: takes some getting used to.
Swiss Army shooting drills late in the evening: probably unavoidable.
Price for... an overnight stay with a tent and motorcycle: Significantly too expensive; given the quality of the site, I’d consider around €35 to be reasonable.
I wish the community project all the best—it’s a great initiative!
