What’s great is that you can bake your own bread rolls all day long. The bathrooms were always spotless, and the grounds are maintained with such care. The weather was perfect, and we were able to go on a great MTB ride with plenty of elevation gain in the nearby area almost every day—it was simply beautiful. Afterward, we’d head to the pond to cool off—what more could you ask for? As already... mentioned under “Pros”—the pond is wonderful, and the layout of the sites around the water makes the whole area absolutely beautiful. The main building, with its restrooms and laundry facilities, is modern, clean, and, thanks to its size, feels personal—small but nice. The main entrance through the gate also makes you feel safe on the grounds. Shower enclosures—we all know the issue. Still, a walk-in shower without this custom design would be less complicated.
The bread roll service—the rolls and pastries were... delicious and good—but the sales time was simply too late for “breakfast.” 10:30/10:45 a.m.! It would be nice if they arrived around 8:00 a.m. Guests leaving early could then still have breakfast, and those who are up early could also take advantage of the great selection in a relaxed way.
Finally, one more request: please keep the small natural pond. Please don’t remove it to make room for more campsites.
