"A very nice and quiet campground - Absolutely beautiful campground We had site #65 and were there as a group of four with our VW T4 Plus, along with our front and rear tents. The site was divided into sections and had a gravel area for the car and a grassy area for the tent. The entire campground is extremely well-maintained. There are many long-term sites, some of which, unfortunately, require a lot of maintenance—we have to agree with some of the previous comments on that point. However, there are also many people who have made their sites look very nice. The restroom facilities are very modern and attractive. The cleaning station for chemical toilets is also very practical and well-maintained. Hot water cards with a €10 credit and a €20 deposit. For showering and washing dishes. 5 cents every 15 seconds. Key for the cold-water connection at the campsite, electrical hookup if desired, and wastewater disposal. Electricity is charged a one-time €2 setup fee, then 70 cents per kW. Bread roll service can be pre-ordered either on-site at the kiosk or via the “Brötchenapp”—though online payment through various providers like PayPal is required for the app. The bread rolls were very good and tasty, and the price was reasonable. The pizzeria, or rather the restaurant Ponte Rosa, is right on the campground; the staff are very friendly, the food is delicious, and it’s definitely worth recommending. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and is absolutely lovely.

"very nice place at the Krombach dam - We received a very warm welcome on the site some really large pitches located directly on the lake everything is very clean there, even the beach is cleaned in the morning and garbage is collected Very friendly staff, restaurant on site with the possibility to order bread rolls SUP, Kettcar, bicycles for rent open fire in fire bowls allowed Really great campsite with very nice operators Sanitary facilities Always very clean and were cleaned several times. Very nice staff on site, who are constantly renewing and maintaining the facilities. We wish the Welters family every success with their concept and keep up the good work. "Really great campsite with very nice operators - We booked by phone at short notice and were given a very warm welcome. Our pitch was great (47), for our little one (5) it was right next to the playground and water, the junior (12) was content with the lake and the football pitch. We will bring bikes with us on our next visit (you can also hire some on site). Very nice staff on site. A great campsite that we haven't visited for the last time :)

Unser Camping und Freizeitparadies liegt im Hohen Westerwald, in der Nähe von Rennerod. Wir liegen weit ab von jedem Durchgangsverkehr, der nächste Ort Rehe liegt 3 km entfernt. Das Gelände liegt ca. 550 m hoch, direkt an der Krombachtalsperre, Wasserfläche …93 ha, umringt von dichten Laub- und Tannenwäldern. Viler Rad- und Wanderwege durch fast unberührte Natur. Der Hohe Westerwald hat ein anerkanntes Reizklima. Wir bieten auf unserem Gelände 20.000 qm Frezeitfläche mit Liegewiesen für Segler und Surfer uns Sandstrand für unsere Badegäste.
