"Quiet ambience despite CP size - We were there during the main tourist season without a reservation. That's why we had a SP without electricity. I actually liked these pitches better than the pitches with electricity. You could position yourself however you wanted. The site is huge, but everything was managed professionally. You can quickly walk to the small town and find small restaurants and cafés there. From there, you can go on day trips through the region.

"In the middle of it all and still quiet - Large space with everything you (don't) need. Our daughter liked the elephant shower best. You can walk to the city center in 5 minutes. You can't hear the road as the site is huge. Great beach, super playgrounds.

"Huge campsite - Very large campsite. Leisure facilities, shopping facilities, location to the town (Mora) very good. Sanitary facilities not designed for the masses of campers.

"Very nice campsite - The campsite is very clean and well located. The pitches right by the river offer a beautiful view. The cooking and seating facilities in the service building are also very practical (especially for those who are traveling with a tent and the weather is not so good). Unfortunately, the swimming pool and sauna were being renovated during our stay and were therefore closed.

"Large but quiet pitch near the edge of town - Good place. 5 minutes on foot to the town. Paths to sanitary buildings long in places. Beautiful pitches. Partly grass, partly gravel. Good play facilities for children. Good starting point for excursions into the surrounding area.

"Well-maintained, very large pitch close to the city center and yet quiet - We were amazed at the size of the pitch. You should carefully consider the location to the service buildings, otherwise the way to the toilet can be long. Sanitary facilities very well maintained, kitchen with industrial dishwasher already luxurious. Good pitch sizes. We were very satisfied.

Beautifully situated by the Österdalälven River, our scenic, year-round open campsite enjoys a central location between city, lake, and nature. In addition to Vasaloppsarenan, an arena created by nature itself, that passes through the campsite, we have a hotel, campsite, …holiday village, service buildings, gym, bowling, indoor tennis courts, swimming pool, restaurant, and conference premises. On site are also adventure golf, bicycle rental, playgrounds, a jumping pillow, pedal cars, and velomobiles for both young and old. Several sports venues can be found within walking distance. Mora is a quaint little town with a varied selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops. With amazing nature right around the corner, you will find excellent trails and grand views that encourage an active lifestyle. Bring your kids to the Tomteland Land of Fairy-Tales, see Anders Zorn’s own collection, or experience traditional Dala Horse production in Nusnäs. Cycle between the hill farms, swim in Lake Siljan, or experience the countryside along one of the beautiful hiking trails.
