Profil
Beautifully situated by the Österdalälven River, our scenic, year-round open campsite enjoys a central location between city, lake, and nature. In addition to Vasaloppsarenan, an arena created by nature itself, that passes through the campsite, we have a hotel, campsite, … holiday village, service buildings, gym, bowling, indoor tennis courts, swimming pool, restaurant, and conference premises. On site are also adventure golf, bicycle rental, playgrounds, a jumping pillow, pedal cars, and velomobiles for both young and old. Several sports venues can be found within walking distance. Mora is a quaint little town with a varied selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops. With amazing nature right around the corner, you will find excellent trails and grand views that encourage an active lifestyle. Bring your kids to the Tomteland Land of Fairy-Tales, see Anders Zorn’s own collection, or experience traditional Dala Horse production in Nusnäs. Cycle between the hill farms, swim in Lake Siljan, or experience the countryside along one of the beautiful hiking trails.

Anfahrt mit dem Auto: Erreichen Sie Mora über die Straße 70 von Rättvik oder Orsa her, fahren Sie durch die Stadt bis Sie die Zuggleise überquert haben. Auf Höhe der Q8-Tankstelle biegen Sie rechts in den Oxbergsvägen ein (ausgeschildert Richtung … Mora Parken). Folgen Sie der Straße ca. 1,5 km und biegen Sie dann rechts ab Richtung Mora Parken. Halten Sie sich links Richtung Hotel und Camping. Erreichen Sie Mora über die E45 von Richtung Malung, biegen Sie auf Höhe der Q8-Tankstelle links in den Oxbergsvägen ein (ausgeschildert Richtung Mora Parken). Mit dem Zug: Regelmäßige Zugverbindungen sind von Stockholm über Borlänge vorhanden. Fahren Sie bis Mora Järnvägsstation (ca. 3 km entfernt) oder Mora Strand (ca. 2 km). Von Mora Strand aus können Sie zu Fuß den Campingplatz erreichen, Zugang über die Hantverkaregatan. Die Rezeption befindet sich am anderen Ende des Campingplatzes im Hotelgebäude.
