"Good campsite at a reasonable price - Quiet and inexpensive pitch on the Baltic Sea, about 2 km outside of Damp. Good facilities, water and electricity on site, some with waste water, bistro near the Baltic Sea. The site is long, so a bicycle is an advantage. During our stay, the dyke was being repaired, which was damaged by flooding last year in October. I had imagined the construction work to be worse, but it was hardly disturbing. The 3 sanitary buildings are cleaned twice a day, cleaning times are posted! Otherwise: no reason to complain, everything was great.

"We made the right decision 👍 - Hi, we visited the site in January of this year and the boss took almost 2 hours to answer our questions and to look for one or two pitches with us that would suit us. In the end, we decided on this site as our future permanent campsite. The location directly on the Baltic Sea is beautiful, there are 2 wash houses, an older one and a new one, both are very well maintained and are cleaned twice a day. There are also rinsing stations at both wash houses. Above the new wash house is a large, great sauna which is very clean, with loungers and from the balcony you can look out over the Baltic Sea. Washing machines and dryers are also available here. We got to know very nice and helpful permanent campers in the first few days and that hasn't changed since. Nina's shop sells bread rolls, beautiful decorations and anything else you might need, and of course delicious ice cream. There is a bistro on the beach, but I can't say anything about it as I haven't been there yet. We've been here for 6 months now and we haven't regretted a single day, we feel really comfortable here and we definitely made the right decision with this place, we would recommend it at any time without hesitation ⚓️☀️👍

"Nice place in itself, but still no recommendation - In itself a nice campsite with a good location. But what is not at all acceptable is the "night watchman" who "welcomed" us with a convincing demonstration of downright rudeness and a complete lack of social skills (without introducing himself). It's a mystery why you would hire an a...hole to drive away customers at a beautifully located campsite that could have the makings of a favorite.... Fortunately, there are many other beautiful places on the Baltic Sea!

"Stay August/September 2021 - We got a nice and quiet pitch, electricity available. Sanitary facilities very clean. Disposal and supply for our motorhome nearby. Bread rolls were also very good and not to forget the Strandkorb restaurant. Very friendly operators and staff and the food was very tasty and I can recommend it to everyone. There were also fish sandwiches near the beach. I can definitely recommend the campsite.

"Problems with the parking space - We had booked a pitch online before arrival, which was also confirmed by the site. On arrival this pitch was occupied. After 1.5 hours we were offered another "pitch", which was not really nice. The staff then said: "We're fully booked, so you'll have to leave" After I was also not satisfied with this, I was offered a tent pitch, which I accepted. This should not happen, even if the site operator told me that they had been overrun. Then you have to ask yourself whether such problems always happen when they are fully booked and the guest cannot be sure of getting a pitch, despite having booked in advance.

"Good location, infrastructure OK, quiet during the week, many permanent campers - CP is located directly on the Baltic Sea with its own access to the water. Tent pitches and other short-term pitches directly behind the dyke (25m to the water). CP is mainly occupied by permanent campers. There are three tourist pitches in this area near the water. There are also three tourist pitches in the middle. The other tourist pitches are on a meadow on the land side. These are without water and waste water. We spent 3 weeks on a tourist pitch near the water. The site has two sanitary buildings. Both are cleaned daily and are OK. However, the toilets could be a little better ventilated. Overall, everything works well and there is always hot water. Not a revelation but OK. There is a snack bar in front of the water. This is also OK and serves solid food at reasonable prices. The owners and operators are always friendly and helpful. However, it is a small family business that lives in symbiosis with the permanent campers. The permanent campers on the site are friendly and helpful. Occasionally they party a little longer on the WE. But even that is kept within reasonable limits. The garbage collection times are tight. That's true. But it's not that bad. You can drop it off every day from 10 - 11 am and get new bags straight away. Overall, we were very satisfied and had a great vacation.
