"Very nice place - Very nice place directly on the Moselle with a view of the vineyards. Short walk to the town. The staff are very friendly and the sanitary facilities are super clean.

"Beautiful place directly on the Moselle - When we arrived, we received a very friendly welcome and were given good explanations about where our pitch was and where we would find the sanitary facilities. The campsite was very quiet and right on the banks of the Moselle. The sanitary facilities were well equipped and very clean. Departure also went without complications.

"For us the first and last time - Unfortunately only 2 stars possible (location directly on the Moselle and cleanliness of the sanitary facilities) We had 14 days of extreme construction noise, as well as permanent tractor driving, daily lawn mowing hedge trimming etc by groundskeeper. The city was responsible for the construction noise, but no concession (small price reduction) by the operator. Went to reception several times to ask for consultation, to which I was only answered. You can leave. Furthermore, we had a pitch that was only partially usable because it was being misused as a shortcut by other campers to the sanitary facilities. See pictures, no remedy was found here either. The path inside the campsite in front of the pitches by the water was used as a race track for cyclists. Very dangerous for small children and dogs. The road behind the pitches was public and the speed limit was not adhered to here either (you had to cross if you wanted to go to the toilet). Showers were clean but with a minimal water jet - either hot or cold depending on how many showers were used at the same time. Although I mentioned this several times to reception, the operator did not consider it necessary to get in touch with us. If we hadn't set everything up on Sunday when we arrived we would have left immediately.

"3 beautiful days in Zell/Mosel - It was our first time at this beautiful campsite and we were annoyed on the first day that we hadn't booked for longer. We will definitely do it differently next time. Since my dear wife has been 100% disabled (wheelchair) since a stroke and there was no disabled toilet or shower, we wanted for nothing thanks to the exceptional flexibility and inventiveness of the friendly staff! We went to two more campsites, but we liked it best here in Zell/Mosel. Many thanks to all the staff See you soon. Anne and Karl
