"Beautiful place - Nice reception, nice big place. Store and bread rolls great. Unfortunately the restaurant is not open. Water and sewage on site. Quiet was not always. Many permanent campers who also party properly

"Beautiful campsite in a quiet location - A site dominated by permanent campers with few but beautiful vacation pitches. A store for all the essentials, a restaurant, clean sanitary facilities. Great value for money. You can easily explore the surrounding area by bike. Friendly staff. Diving school, riding stables, golf course: there's something for the sporty types too. Only the weather on the Baltic Sea does not always deserve top marks, but perhaps readers will have more luck there

"Beautiful place in beautiful surroundings - We stayed there for 5 nights and liked it very much. The pitches are very large and well maintained. The sanitary facilities were always clean. We were given a very friendly welcome and provided with all the necessary information. There is a small store on site where you can get delicious bread rolls in the morning. In the evening you can eat in the restaurant. The food was very tasty. We cycled every day, but it gets a bit hilly when you leave the coast. But there are always beautiful views of the Baltic Sea.

"Nice CP with good price/performance ratio - Very nice, well-kept CP with a high proportion of permanent campers. Friendly and uncomplicated registration at the window of the Waldesruh restaurant (with bell!) Vacationer pitches divided into fields or rows and separated by hedges (the fields, not the pitches!) Pitch ground: lawn throughout. Wash house is as good as new and clean. Soap and disposable towels available. Toilet paper only available at the entrance in the dispenser. Showers with chip 0.60€/5 min. The control is located outside the shower and the shower time cannot be interrupted. Unfortunately, there are no individual washing cubicles, which I think is a shame. But there are rental bathrooms. There are 3 dishwashing areas in the cellar, which can lead to waiting times when fully occupied on Ascension Day. Power connection via CEE and 10A fuse protection. No visitor's tax is charged and the CP's pricing is very fair. Shopping facilities in Hohwacht (5 km) or Lütjenburg (8 km). Bread rolls are available at the CP. Beach at the lighthouse and next to the military zone not so nice, a little further on at the Strandstraße parking lot it looks better. We would visit the campsite again, we liked it.

"Campers again after a 20-year break - We are newly retired and hope to be able to spend many more years on this beautiful campsite. We were given a very friendly welcome and when questions arose we received friendly answers and help. What more could you want?
