"CP Treviris - All in all, the space is sufficient for a short city trip to Trier. Not really suitable for a complete family vacation, as it lacks many things.

"City camping - Spacious (long) pitches along the Moselle. Sanitary always clean and modern. You can hear the road on the other bank (ok for a city campsite). Some pitches without a view of the bank. Entrance/entrance and surroundings: currently somewhat unkempt due to building work. However, everything on the site was very well maintained. We also felt safe.

"For visiting the city of Trier - The CP is well suited for visiting the city of Trier. The city is easy to reach by bike or on foot. The sanitary facilities are good and very clean. The pitch with a view of the Moselle is beautiful. However, it would be good if it was mowed. If you want to spend your vacation here and hope for peace and quiet, you should not go here. The described noise of the young people with their cars and motorcycles was nothing compared to the noise of the emergency vehicles! We come from Hamburg, but we've never experienced that before! The whole day siren, not exaggerated!!!

"Unfriendly, arrogant and paranoid - After a few arguments with the staff who harassed us with rather paranoid accusations, we moved to another campsite outside the city after an overnight stay.

Profile

-Der Campingplatz ist parkähnlich angelegt und liegt zwischen der Konrad-Adenauer-Brücke und der Römerbrücke. Trotz seiner zentralen Lage liegt er ruhig am Ufer der Mosel. Der Moselradweg führt direkt am Campingplatz entlang. -Die historische Altstadt von Trier ist nur ein Fußweg …von 20-30 Minuten entfernt, ebenso gut ist aber auch die Busanbindung zur Innenstadt. -Der Platz umfasst einen Campingbereich mit Sanitärhaus und Zeltplatz. Das Sanitärhaus ist behindertengerecht ebenerdig angelegt und liegt zentral in der Mitte des Platzes. Der Campingplatz verfügt derzeit über 80 Stromanschlüsse. Der Zeltbereich liegt in einem kleinen Waldstück, wodurch es im Sommer angenehm schattig ist. Unser Leitbild Zufriedene Gäste, eine intakte Umwelt und dauerhafter Erfolg – das ist uns wichtig. Umwelt- und Naturschutz, Sicherheit und Qualität auf unserem Platz wollen wir stetig verbessern. Damit wollen wir unseren Beitrag zur Sicherung der Lebensgrundlagen für heutige und zukünftige Generationen leisten. Die Einhaltung der Umweltgesetze und -vorschriften ist für uns selbstverständlich. Um unsere Ziele noch besser zu erreichen, haben wir das ECOCAMPING UMWELTMANAGEMENT eingeführt.

Directions

Die A 602 Richtung Trier geht am Stadteingang in dei B49 über. Dort fahren Sie einfach geradeaus weiter am Moselufer entlang. Überqueren Sie die dritte Brücke rechts (Konrad-Adenauer-Brücke) und halten Sie sich rechts. Zum Reisemobilstellplatz nehmen Sie die erste Ausfahrt …rechts (Messepark). Camper fahren weiter bis zur Ampel, Halten sich dabei rechts und biegen rechts ab in die Luxemburger Straße. Nach 500 m kommt unsere Gaststätte Kranich(rechte Straßenseite), die Einfahrt zum Campingplatz führt an der Gaststätte vorbei ans Moselufer.
