"Disappointing - We were very disappointed. I made a reservation by email 3 days before and received the following reply directly. Thank you for your kind inquiry and we are pleased to inform you that your desired space is still available. Below are mega long presentations that I have not read. However, at the very bottom, after the greeting, it says that you have to reply to the mail. I didn't see this and we had to leave after a long journey. They had all my contact details and didn't ask if it would stay that way. We really didn't know where to go. I will never book this place again.

"Vacation May 2023 - We spent 6 days at CP Zögghof in May 2023. Unfortunately, it rained very heavily all the time during our stay in 2023. We stood on the 1st terrace and had to realize that the water on our pitch did not run off at all. After 2 days it was so muddy that the mud came through the awning carpet. As only three pitches were still occupied, the management must have noticed the situation. Planks etc. should have been provided to make the situation a little easier for us. Unfortunately, there was no response from the management. Incidentally, the customer is not greeted either. This does not apply to the nice lady at reception, who was visibly uncomfortable with our complaint. To the operators: You have a nice place in Passertal, but the business policy should also be right.

"Vacation June 2022 - The campsite is laid out in terraces. We had already reserved the pitch in December. We had a place of 100-120 square meters, received, but measured, it was at most 80 square meters. ADAC ( PinCamp ) connected, but as on other CP no discount. The majority were day campers (cyclists and motorcyclists) who stopped for one night. Many hikers from the road also used the sanitary facilities. Despite everything, we had a great vacation!
