The pitches are super nice and everything is very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The theme evenings at the barbecue hut were very cozy and the food very tasty. The pool is nice and big... and perfect for swimming. There were always free sun loungers. The CP is located in Völlan above Lana. It has to be said, very high above Lana :) The approach to Völlan is easy to manage, but very steep.
However, the campsite is beautifully situated and surrounded by vineyards and apple... orchards. You have an unbelievably wonderful view of the Adige Valley. At the viewpoints you can see all the way from Merano to Bolzano.
The campsite is laid out in terraces and the pitches vary in size. Depending on the pitch, there is more or less shade due to the old trees. At the upper end there is a nice playground with table tennis and table football. The poll is beautiful and very large at 25m. And the view here is also phenomenal. The bar has everything you need and you can order bread rolls digitally. There is a small refrigerated counter with snacks and homemade wine and schnapps. Very tasty...
The pitches were very flat with a slight slope. You have to keep an eye on the size when booking, as not every pitch is suitable for every size of camper. But there is something for every taste. The site is very well maintained and beautiful with flowers, trees and bushes. Toilets can be emptied at several stations spread around the entire campsite. Super system! Sani 1 is a bit outdated, sani 2 under the poll is very modern and new. However, the cleanliness was always very good in both.
Every week there is an event in the barbecue corner. We had barbecue and pizza evenings. Very nice...
We had misjudged the height a bit. Cycling was rather difficult with a child and actually impossible for non-cyclists without an e-bike. However, the bus stop is nearby and there is also a bike shuttle.
All in all, a wonderful campsite that leaves nothing to be desired. Simply a dream. Thanks to the owner family. We felt very comfortable.Negativ-Great and relaxing daysThe pitch can only be occupied from 14:00, we were there on time and were able to go straight to our pitch (27/1). It was large, well-kept, shady (enough), with a great view. Water and electricity (electricity is extra, €0.85/kWh) were available. Sanitary block 1 is new and always very clean, no waiting... time despite the high season. The pool was a pleasant way for us all to cool off. The grounds are very well maintained and green.
