A very family-run campsite with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Dogs are also very welcome (there is even a special dog trail and a small pool in the forest for your four-legged friends to cool off in).
The positive atmosphere... created by the family who run the campsite and the staff also has an effect on the guests.
Once again, we were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. It couldn't be better! The pool and outdoor facilities are also constantly cleaned. The garden, laid out with great attention to detail, is perfectly maintained. At the weekly barbecue and pizza evenings, you quickly get to know other guests or simply enjoy the good food.

There is a pitch available for almost every size of camper and in some places there is even a water supply on site. Otherwise, the taps for drinking water are also generously distributed throughout the site. There is also no shortage of waste disposal stations. The sanitary facilities are not only spotlessly clean, the new wash house, which was built not too long ago, offers more than many people have at home! All showers have an attached washbasin and are very spacious. What's more, the shower has a rainforest shower and a normal hand shower. I have never experienced anything like this on any other campsite before! There is also a spacious pool with loungers and seating. The water is top quality and the pool is also cleaned daily. Even though we don't have a dog ourselves, we noticed that attention is also paid to the facilities for dogs. For example, there is a specially designed walkway with extra cooling and bathing facilities for the four-legged friends. There is no restaurant on site, but this is compensated for by the barbecue and pizza evenings organized by the staff! Deliveries from the surrounding delivery services are also no problem. Basically, we could list many more very positive things, but that would go far beyond the already extensive scope! Therefore an absolute place recommendation from us! We will definitely be back!NegatiivsedWith so many positives, some of you may think that there are bound to be some negatives. However, we can't find anything negative on this side! This is not a rare occurrence, but it is all the more pleasant and has made the relaxation perfect. For those who complain about the distance to the new wash house, the slightly steep terrain or the somewhat narrower access road, as well as the 'lack' of a restaurant, we can only say You have chosen the wrong place! We are very enthusiastic and have high praise for the operators!Better is hardly possible! Beautiful place, with family flairWith the Alpin Fitness Waldcamping Völlan you have found a world-class place from which to explore the Merano region with its great sights and delicious food. But it also invites you to linger and relax. Whether at the pool area with its magnificent view or on the equally spectacular seats. All with a great view of the surrounding mountains.
